I was reluctant to patronize Double Zero with all the controversy surrounding its founder highlighted in the New York Times. However, I took the leap. I have eaten at several Double Zero’s across the nation and the food and customer service is usually superb. The customer service was poor. No greeting or thank you upon picking up a $64 food order. The food was mediocre. I asked for utensils and none was in the bad. Luckily, I had one fork in my hotel room. I am ambivalent about visiting this location again.

Food is always exceptional. I am currently eating soy/dairy free and they have an awesome tasty menu. My latest experience here was one of the best though. Shoutout to Sha! He went above and beyond with service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It is my favorite resturant in the city by far. When I tell people I love this place I don’t even mention that it’s vegan because it’s that good you cant even tell. I always leave with my stomach full and satisfied and never hurting, everything tastes sooo fresh and amazing. Plus the staff are the best always Shau always helpful and super nice

Nice ambiance though bit loud, service was definitely great, however food was just ok, the pizza dough was good though less chewy than what Neapolitan pizzas generally are. Chocolate desert was ok, not too much taste.
