Sadly the quality of this place has gone down. Used to come here for coworking meetups. I came what should be rush hour time to refill for bust workers in the area. No one was in the place. The doors looked locked, I wasn't even sure it was open. Two people were working - one was in the middle of mopping and stopped to type in my order & the other made my drink.Tried to support other coffee shops instead of Starbucks but was disappointed to see the sad state of one of my fave places.

I don’t recommend that place. The $20 sandwich contained stale arugula and had a very cold sauce. I asked for no mayonnaise, but they made it with mayonnaise. The staff also wasn't friendly!

Absolutely love the dim atmosphere with minimalist yet elegant design. The matcha chia seed pudding is divine!

Honest review. This is an overpriced, overhyped, cafe with an underwhelming service. The food tastes bland, is less in quantity & prices are like an inflation. The cafe atmosphere is kinda nice & it’s decent to sit in but otherwise I was disappointed.

My first time coming here after my new Pilates class. I’m new to nyc and am a vegan who likes to eat healthy most of the time. The place was very clean, spacious and has modern and cute minimalistic decor. The staff (woman and man) were super cool and helpful, we joked about my struggles with nyc transportation and me adjusting here. They were helpful with me picking what was best for me and even gave a discount which was much appreciated. The vegan sandwich was super good but I did add chicken. The sandwich tasted great and the kale salad was good and healthy. I don’t feel bloated or uncomfortable after eating it and love the simple and healthy ingredients. The pumpkin loaf is nice and soft and moist. I paid for a detox juice on the way out and it hit the spot for my slight cough.Overall I’m glad I picked this place and it’ll probably be in my new routine after my workout. Feeling relaxed and full as I wait for my movie to start. Not sure what happened with the previous negative reviews but everything was great for me!! I Will be back as I get acquainted with my new stomping grounds. Thanks! ?

Rude employees ruin the experience. Barely any micro greens on top of avocado and smoked salmon toast. Will not be back.

I just had a really good vegan sandwich there, but I’m shocked by the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. They were very unfriendly when taking my order, as that got in the way of the argument they were having out loud. I sat there for nearly half an hour while eating my food and smooth, and the whole time they were arguing and complaining out loud. I couldn’t wait to get out of there, it was very unpleasant. Such a shame, because otherwise the place is beautiful and has a strong menu.Vegetarian options: Vegan options

Best staff, they're super friendly and hard workers. Best healthy food in the city as well. Their new Rocket chicken sandwich is unreal!

Hands down the worst tuna sandwich I've ever had and the women at the counter were unprofessional/ rude

I use to love this place but recently it has less and less items on the menu and I was just told that my favorite curried egg salad toast will no longer be available as of Monday. Well then I guess I won't be coming back! It's a shame. Where is management. Please pay attention to your customer!

I used to go here all the time but recently the quality of both food and definitely the service have gone down tremendously. it's very disappointing because it was one of my favorites spots in the city.

I was so underwhelmed, I can’t believe this place is in business! The salmon avocado toast was so ridiculously small, should’ve been half the price if that. The food tasted alright (nothing special believe me), but I mean I actually laughed when I opened up the box at home. Such a waste of money!Staff was cold and distant too.Do not waste your time, go across the street to metro cafe or dos toros or fresh and co or literally anywhere else.

SCAM DO NOT BUY. Actually one of the worst places I’ve ever been to in 2 years of living in NYC. $40 for a chicken salad sandwich and lentil soup, if it was possible to report these people for price gouging I would. On top of that the chicken salad tasted of literally nothing except salt. If I pay $20 for a chicken sandwich IT SHOULD AT LEAST TASTE OF CHICKEN. Disgusting place. The lady at the counter didn’t help either.
