I was staying at the Hyatt Centric Times Square this past weekend and left Tuesday. I found this gem of a place and woke up every morning to get breakfast here for my family! The breakfast sandwiches were fantastic and reasonably priced. If my family and I return to NYC, I will certainly be returning to this cafe!

Absolutely horrible. Ownership must have changed hands as place is now dingy and food, apart from being unappetizing and bland, is below health standards. One of our two dishes came with a hair in it, so we returned it immediately. That can happen, but the cook/cashier tried to make us pay for it anyway at the end. It took a pretty serious conversation to explain that they can't charge for returned food which was below health standards! Avoid at all costs!

We stayed at the Hotel St. James right next door and needed a breakfast place that had good basic food. We discovered this place on our second day in NYC and from that point on for the next ten days, ate breakfast here. We were creatures of habit and had the same breakfast sandwich with our coffee. The crew was so responsive that they just started making the meal and pouring our coffee when they saw us walk through the door! Good food, attentive service, a great place to start the day. We've traveled a bit since our NYC trip and Dunhill has become the standard by which we judge our morning breakfast!

This place is absolutely amazing! They cook your food in a very efficient and safe manner, one of the best breakfast places I have went to. Mostly every place in the area is pricy and has increased prices because of corona, but not these guys. I spent 10-15 minutes talking to the employees every time I went there during my stay, such wonderful and kind people. Such delicious food and even better staff!

I come to this Cafe every single year during my stay at the St. James Hotel and I have to say, the amazing food here is unmatched. The breakfast and lunch are absolutely incredible, and the workers are super kind and caring, making sure everyone gets what they need. I'm a very picky eater and usually don't eat from outside places often, but this cafe is an exception. Highly recommend for any person looking for some great breakfast or lunch! The coffee is amazing as well, my wife and I get coffee twice a day during our stay. Superb service!
Wonderful restaurant! We had the best breakfast in this place and I enjoyed every single moment I spent there with my family. The manager and staff were extremely nice and had our food ready in no time, despite the rush of customers in this amazing place! Would HIGHLY recommend. Classic NYC food and breakfast. Also try the cheesecake! Will definitely visit here again on my next trip to NYC.

This spot is fantastic. The staff is friendly and every meal I've ordered takes time (which is a good thing!) I recommend their steak quesadilla - so good. And you can't beat their breakfast deal - bagel cream cheese and a coffee for 3 bucks. Give this place the love they deserve.

Came on a Sunday morning around 10am and did not have to wait at all. They had a huge selection of breakfast foods, various coffee and smoothie options and more. It could have been cause it's an older building but it just seemed dirty to me. Ordered pancakes and bacon which was good and a smoothie which wasn't very impressive.

Ordered a sandwich for pickup through an app. Sandwich was supposed to come with bacon lettuce and tomato. Got the sandwich and none of it was on there. Only change I made on the order was for no ranch. I call up the deli and the says oh i thought you said no (b,l,t). How do you mess up that badly?

Ordered a chicken sandwich through an app. Was supposed to come with bacon lettuce and tomato. Got the sandwich and only received chicken and cheese. The only change I made on the order was "no ranch, chipotle mayo please". I called the deli and the guy said oh I thought you meant no bacon lettuce tomato....honestly how d*** can you be? Not to mention I got the tiniest amount of sauce. Never again.
