I ordered a cappuccino via the d.d app for 172 water street. The worker before I even pick up the cup tells me "you know cappucinos are all foam." I said no they are not and I would know because I have ordered them before from here there should be liquid to drink. He continued to debate me even though I am italian. 90% of the cup was foam with a drop of liquid to drink. I told him obviously it wasn't made correctly.

This has become my new Dunkin when heading into work for the past year or so. I still prefer the one I used to go to that was on John street but construction took over and rip. This one is a little larger and more spread out. They have more coffee on tap. Or whatever the nitro stuff is, whereas the other location did not. But I feel this Dunkin is way more stingy with what you get. Especially if you are an avid mobile ordering fiend for points. We do not do less ice and fill up your coffee cup at this location. Actually, I think this Dunkin has permanently banned the 'less ice' option. Also, if you ever happen to order the 3 munchkins so that you can get a free iced coffee for like $1.65 (it used to be one dollar!) they will give you only and exactly 3 munchkins. Which I feel is pathetic. Other dunkins have thrown munchkins at me like please take them we always have bins full of them leftover at the end of the day and end up throwing them out anyway. Which is a fact. You can spare an extra donut hole. Drinks are hit and miss sometimes they make them correctly. Sometimes they don't give a damn. But for now, I'm not going out of my way to walk an extra two blocks so that I can have my coffee filled properly to the brim. It will just have to be mediocre and do.

I understand they have to take those who wait in line orders ahead of mobile orders. However, it takes forever to make a mobile order. They need more workers. I’ve waited so long just to get a pickup order that I thought would be quick. The more people that come into the line, the workers start to forget the mobile order. I might as well just stand in line. Other than that, the coffee is usually made good.

Very rude young lady that is taking orders. She kept saying my order incorrectly when telling her partner what to make for me(ordered iced green tea). I kept correcting her, but she ignored me, and I was given the incorrect tea. When I told her, she got smart and said “You just said tea” and acted mad. I told her I said “green tea” 3 times. No worries. I won’t go back to that location, corporate knows about the poor service, and I got 200 points added to my app, as a result. Thankfully, there are plenty of other Dunkin locations to visit. Worst one ever, at this location! Also, it wasn’t even clean , really.
