PLZ READ I REPEAT PLZ If your going to eat at this location.... I walked in the store and saw one employee on the phone holding a donut in his hand with no gloves on in my head I’m thinking please let that be his donut that he’s eating at this point I don’t even care if they not suppose to eat in their work area so I go and put my order in for my drink and I want to the side I saw the man dipping his hand with no gloves on I guess it was the glaze he was putting on the donut and had the nerve to shake his hand over the bucket I lost it because I thought about all the time I had a glaze donut from this location I took a picture and all I couldn’t believe with all that’s going on like a deadly virus you would think they would take this seriously I told the man and guess what this man said he laughed at me and said I wash my hands I lost it again I said no that’s nasty you should never deal with food with no gloves on the fact that this was taken as a joke shows how much they care we have to make sure we make these restaurants take safety serious it’s too much going on now for anyone to play with our food like that.... hope you all stay safe

NOW THIS REVIEW WILL HELP EVERYONE A LOT.So this store has really two different look. If you go in the morning time you will get fresh food, fast service, perfectly maded sandwich, coffee. Even the morning girls made any mistake the will change you food right away also they will apologize to you.And the second look is in the evening shift. Which is totally different.None of there employees knows how to take care of their customers. any of your food will be perfect. Also I must say their favorite questions is "milk and sugar?'' "Cream and sugar". Trust me they will not gonna listen to you properly.I gave them 5 star because of the morning employees.

Service is horrible. There is no management. They don’t know what they are doing. Took 20 minutes waiting for a simple cappuccino. I can’t even give them one star. The guy who was taking the order was not even listening so had to say my order three times.When I arrived there was no line and by the time I gave up there was 10 people in the store.Please help and share your experience… unbelievable.

I had to throw most of my lukewarm coffee away and I gave my donuts away. I have never done this before at any dunkins. And they got my order wrong. What is so hard?
Today is National Cold Brew day, I literally came into this store like 60 seconds ago to enjoy a cold brew coffee beverage. The gentleman that made my cold brew drink didn't fill the cup to the top, added more ice than what I asked for and was selfish with the cold foam. This isn't the first time that it happened, I learned my lesson. I won't be coming back here anymore. Either make the drink with love or let someone do it.

Buyer beware! I bought a dozen donuts at this location yesterday approximately midday and I was so disappointed… ThEY WERE STALE. They could not have been made fresh that morning. My kids didn’t even get through one, we had to throw them out. I wish I had tried them before leaving the store. I would have brought them back if I wasn’t just passing through the area. I would not recommend this place.
