It seems as Dunkin Donuts location are getting worse and worse. If you go to a location in the city the quality gets better, but the service is something to be desired. I hate my experience ordering a simple coffee. Repeat myself over 5 times and cant get even get the size of the coffee right. Hire just about anybody.Always have one person in the register and the same person making the drinks and making pathetic mistakes. The store managers are not any better or available. A business should be run with integrity and some matter of professionalism. I am not okay with bad service. Am saying this and am sure most people are feeling it, but are just okay with people not having common sense and simple curtesy.

People working morning shifts on Mondays are super rude. Carry out order was left at the mobile pickup and they said suggested it was my fault and supposed to be there. Also my order was touched and TAKEN OUT of its packaging by another customer and returned back, they did nothing to replace it. Gross. Says a lot about the store’s sanitation.

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. Now with plenty of Dunkin' Donuts in the area this is one that's directly in my path for work so I always place my pick up order here. Today was the day I decided I was not ordering here no more. The staff is really rude and disrespectful (not to play the color card) but they are rude to minorities. I'm a frequent customer and been here plenty of times and witness different scenarios to their disrespect. Today I placed an online order, get there and first thing after waiting I realize my drink was done already however it was made wrong. So I went to a lady I believe to either be a manager or supervisor in a black collar shirt to explain the drink was incorrect. She doesn't say anything just takes the cup pour the cold brew out and add a little cold foam and put the lid on.. still missing the cinnamon sugar. Obviously seeing she's annoyed and I have to clock in for work I leave to clock in and come back for the drink to ask can it be remade because it's nasty (taste like water down brewed hot coffee over ice... I ordered a Charlie cold brew). Entering the store I approach the lady cashier which I ask if it's possible for the drink to be remade. She ask me why and I explained that the drink tasted watered down. She's just looking at me not saying anything but starts to speak in her language to the male cashier next to her he's a new face but I believe he's been at the location for atleast 2 months anywho he tells me he's gonna handle me give him a second I said ok. He comes back and ask to see my order, he takes a look and say oh no it's been 30 minutes so I can't make the drink over ( the drink was still filled) I tell him I had to go clock in at work and come back so I didn't have time to sit and wait at the moment I picked the drink up. He says well sorry can't help you as he started to speak in his language and started laughing with his co workers... the disrespect I was raised to not speak your language in front of someone who don't know what your saying because it can be taken as if your talking about them and it's just rude...I decide to wait in the store to call Dunkin to report this situation and was ask did I have a name for the worker I walked to the cashier and asked his name and he told me "my name? For what ? I'm not telling you my name" I said I'm on the phone with Dunkin and they asked he said So and walked away still talking s*** I'm sure... so I explain that to the rep on the phone and he told me the complaint will be sent to the franchise owner and to expect a call or email in 24-48 hours..... yup the generic email came in the same day and honestly I see why the workers act how they do... this location don't have to worry about my little penny no more
This Dunkin is ran so efficiently. I come in the mornings typically when everyone is busy running to work etc. The team works fast to get you your order. Location is always clean which is a plus and the manager is very friendly also!

I came to kill some time before an interview. It was mostly quiet with just people running for their morning coffee. The library would have likely been a better choice but not sure if they were open so early in the morning.
