If you have any allergies avoid this location. My girlfriend has a severe tree nut allergy, so no peanuts, almonds etc. Its Bad enough that she needs an epi pen at all times. Now multiple times this location she has ordered oatmilk, and received almond milk instead. I don't know if this is purposefully it has been switched, or worse, they don't pay attention or care. Then scream at customers when they catch mistakes in time. Either way I'd advise anyone with allergies to avoid the union square location, as they have horrible customer service.

I think it's time for me to wave goodbye to all DD locations in Manhattan. Wanna know why?Here:1. Cleanliness is a huge issue. The only DD that passes my inspection is the DD near Grayson Hotel, Bryant Park.2. Haven for the homeless. With all due respect, I truly empathize. However, I'm a patron who just spent $11 and I had to eat and drink on the street due to a homeless person taking up an entire seating area.3. Your employees are not friendly. Seriously, this is a customer service driven entity, you can't smile? Say Hi, how are you?4. The Caramel Macchiato I ordered is dreadful.?I believe you and numerous Starbucks locations are in need of serious training on how to be a barista and care about your product. Your locations are near subways, bus stops.. the people who purchase probably come for convenience 5. If Daily Provisions on 19th Street wasn't packed you never would have seen me. Yes, there are better options than you or Starbucks. You both are probably going to be squeezed out eventually. The Starbucks across from Daily Provisions is closed. Hmmm.. wonder why???Let's just say, Everyone but Fawn runs on Dunkin.Adios!

Just came in trying to redeem my rewards at 1:20pm and the lady at the register was extremely rude. I clicked to redeem in the store and after they scanned the code multiple times they say its already been redeemed and started yelling at me that its not working and what do they want me to do.
