customer service skills are terrible, the woman in front was not as friendly to me as she was to others. And I just purchased a box of joes and several donuts. The donuts were not freshly made they were cold and stale. I was also refused extra cups in which I said I can pay for, and I was given milk in 1 small cup. Did I mention I brought a box of joe? lol terrible.

I recently visited Ducken Donuts, hoping to enjoy a tasty treat. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was lacking, and the hygiene of the establishment left much to be desired. I was shocked to find flies buzzing around the food, which was a major turn-off. As a regular customer, I've never encountered such a problem before.Moreover, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate that I couldn't fully enjoy my visit due to the issues mentioned. It's important for any food establishment to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent service to customers.I've always been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts in New York City, but this particular Ducken Donuts has left me questioning whether I should continue to patronize it. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain the trust of their customers.

Last time I come to this one. I'd rather walk further and go to another. Everyone has an attitude like there forced to be there. I am an everyday customer and there's always a problem. Sign says one thing but they don't know how to use the computer so they can't give the deal the sign says.

One of the lady staff( look like from india or Bangladesh) she was very rude and misbehaving person and manner less. I just request for cup holder and I asked her shake my iced coffe again but she replied me loudly you don’t understand English? I told you my staff he is getting some stuff for front!! What kind of behave like that? I was surprised. After that I really asked her what is that mean ( understand english or not)? Then after she smashed paper on the table. Its really discrimination and terrible things. I’m dunking donuts lover but in this place make me so sad and frustrating.

while waiting on the upper west side i found a dd on the corner with some interior seating which means i can waste an hour until cuz is finishing his tour. standard dd with limited donuts variety but the breakfast menu has egg white veggie on a bagel which i can handle along with my cappuccino. good strong free wifi , no restrooms and a comfy large lounge chair will do just fine until cuz shows up. nothing fancy which is typical at any dd and thats fine with me.
