Every single item was wrong despite me mobile ordering (10 minutes earlier… wasn’t done when I got there even though there was one other customer in the store). Room temp iced coffee because there wasn’t ice… in the ICED coffee… donut looked like THIS when I pulled it out bc they just shoved it in there ? (ordered chocolate btw, that is not chocolate). Gonna walk the extra block to another Dunkin next time

Just picked up coffee and new iced lemon loaf. Very clean, everyone is friendly. Service very fast.Vegetarian options: The avocado toast with everything topping is delicious! I ordered black iced coffee and looking forward to enjoying the Iced Lemon Loaf a new item.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is very friendly and kids are able to see the selection of Donuts to choose what they want

This is my neighborhood Dunkin and it not bad for your regular fix, however the service is a little on the slower side and they're not as friendly here as some other ones. But all in all your typical Dunkin food!

Rude staff. They don't even look at you when you place your order - forget getting a "thank you" or receiving a receipt. The people working here either need to be trained in customer service or work in a different industry. I will not be coming back.

This place is amazing I’m so sad to see these workers reworks they need more staff. These servers are literally drowning i orders and not enough people to help. Management do better please.
