Terribly understaffed, took at least 10 minutes to get a single donut. Most of the time it’d be a better idea to go to a different Dunkin’ than wait ages for the cashier to put in your order then forget to finalize the charge, forcing you to wait another minute for them to correct themselves.

ordered egg and sausage croissant with hash browns. The croissant may have been overcooked because edges were really hard and the hash browns were DEFINITELY overcooked. I dont know why the lady put all the burnt crumbs in the hash brown bag...it was alot in there... Not a good breakfast for me...especially as hungry as I was.

Every experience at this Dunkin has been a hassle. This afternoon the rep at the counter (short stout Asian Indian(?) woman) was rude, did not want to give me my receipt, and the order tasted watered down. Would recommend other coffee shops nearby.

BE CAREFUL about this location. They will force you to buy more by stuffing more donuts and making you pay extra. Before I didn’t know until I got home and read the receipt, but today I paid attention and found out that the lady who looked middle-aged and had a hijab tried to charge me $10.xx for 2 twisted bagels & 1 chocolate donut. This is not how you should do business. Felt so grossed by her attitude that I ended up not buying anything. Will NOT come back again.

Friendly staff. This is a solid dunkin donuts.One day I was locked out of my apartment, and an employee was kind enough to let me borrow his phone to call someone for help.Vegetarian options: they got some good egg sandwiches. Or wraps / sandwiches / toast.

I wanted to like Dunkin, I really did. But the first time the order was incorrect and the second time the order was correct but still made incorrectly. Would not recommend when there are numerous coffee shops within a block or two.

Go here as an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. I have been to this location multiple times (why do I torture myself?) and each time there is zero sense of urgency, with 1 customer or 6 in the store. Today was the last straw when I ordered a iced matcha latte. I was handed a completely unmixed latte with chunks of powder at the bottom. When I inquired about the unmixed drink the woman behind the counter handed the drink back to me and shrugged her shoulders. I will never go to this location again.
