Bad service, the staff is extremely rude. They also don't have anything you order on the app so double check by trying in person IF they're open. The location is very dirty. Didn't even have a health food grade and we all know what that means...

It might be different for somebody else. But this place is a mixed bag, depending on who is working. And that goes from the quality of your latte, to the courtesy and customer service. The employees are Indus and most of them I find kind of dry and rude. Again, I say, this is my impression.

I used to come to this location daily despite the one friendly worker, until recently. On this particular day in September 2023, the friendly worker wasn't there. It was just the male worker who isn't welcoming or friendly at all to me and two very loud, very chatty (in their language) females. I made my order with the man who didn't want to take my order to begin with, and then the waiting game started. The man went in the back while these two were practically arguing. I understand they were also filling online orders, but after 5 minutes of waiting, I had to say something to which I was rudely brushed off by one of the females. When the male came from he back of the store, I asked him if they were aware of my order and this fool.says I don't remember you ordering anything. At this point, I was livid and had to assert my point and demand coffee. Boy, did things move in the direction of me getting my coffee and going about my day. They won, I will not patronize this establishment again. Beware if your skin is brown. I contemplated writing corporate, but I rather not be bothered with even laying eyes on those people.

The food is as good as a regular dunkin. The service is so bad. And since the place is so small, it's packed with people. It's so tight it's hard to move. I would not recommend you go here.

We went in during a school day at approx 8:15AM and we were next to order. Staff was friendly, courteous, and worked efficiently.
Exactly what you'd except from a Dunkin Donuts. Right next to college campus, so lines can be long in the morning / noon-time. It's small, but you could theoretically sit down for a couple min, but not really a spot to meet up with someone, much more grab-n-go.

I I've been waiting for this location to improve for over 3 years. It has gotten even worse. The man who calls himself "manager" is extremely rude and the ladies that work there are tired and it's obvious. Customers are completely ignored, and pick up orders are the priority. I wait without a greeting most days while the barista makes pick up orders for 5 minutes or more sometimes. They don't stir or mix their drinks AT ALL. literally, not at all. Worst DD ever.
