Double check your order before leaving the store. They didn’t complete my full breakfast order and gave attitude when I came back during my lunch break asking for a refund. I was told it was too late to get a cash refund and to pick something else, even though the error was on their end.

They have pumpkin donuts!!! I am so ? because yo boy is a pumpkin fan. I love their pumpkin (where is the pumpkin emoji) drink as well, Nazmin was my server, she was great, visited this location today (Sept 6th) at about 750am.

I've ordered online for a bagel and cream cheese twice at this location and both times they did not toast the bagel when I specified that the bagel had to be toasted. The guys at this location can't even do something as simple as toasting a bagel. ?

He was making fun of us since my card didn’t work and first and then faked falling asleep with a surprised annoyed gasp that the card finally worked. It was like 10 sec… . Overall please don’t go there. There’s a nicer and bigger Dunkin’ that just a couple minutes like 3 away from there. Workers there are more friendly and caring.

as a first timer in NY, i got a bad experience dealing with this guy at the counter. He obviously notice that me and my wife are first timers, and when its our turn he got this straight face and rough voice, not helpful and mindful that we are not familiar with all the menu posted on the board. he also forget one of our orders... what a way to start our day... 10-09-2022 @ 7:45 am

I ordered a cold brew with an extra shot of espresso. I watched the guy poured ice coffee in my cup in the back and I told him I ordered and payed for an extra shot, so he goes in the back and just pours a little bit more iced coffee. What's the point of ordering from here if you don't get what you payed for? Everyone working there was also just taking their time and chatting in the back while customers were waiting for their orders.

This is a small Dunkin's outlet in the ground floor of an older skyscraper here in the Financial District. It looks like it could be big enough to fit in a table or two - or some standing counters - in normal times, but, of course, we haven't been in normal times for over two years now. This having been said, service was super quick and efficient via their mobile app. By the time I strolled inside, my order was already waiting for me. So kudos to the staff here, even if the food and drink themselves are typical Dunkin's fare: nothing special.
