The donuts were quite dry. We ordered 6 to take advantage of the offer. The price is okay, but they looked like donuts from the day before. We also ordered an iced coffee and it was pretty bad... I tried this franchise in Spain years ago and they were much better than here in the heart of NYC.

Service was nice and quick The food is not fresh at this location. I brought a Boston Creme donut during the morning rush. The donut was stale and the crème inside was starting to separate. You could literally see water and oil.

This is the greatest Dunkin Donuts in the world. These folks are PROFESSIONALS. Busiest time of day in one of the busiest subway stations in the city, and somehow they still manage to get you in and out in 30 seconds. 6/5 stars.

I love Dunkin’ but people working here at this place are rude! Instead of “good afternoon” you get “Hi order FAST”. After I did order my coffee and as I was putting my wallet back to my bag, lady shouted 2 times that my drink will be ready on the other side of the counter and if I can move? the whole process lasted maybe for a few seconds. The whole atmosphere is not welcoming at all! Work on your people skills!

I've been passing by and occassionally using this location on and off for twenty years now. I like how lightning fast the service is and how organized the online order pick-up system/area is. There are many good deals on the app. I still don't understand why corporate discontinued the Coffee Coolata®, but the frozen coffee I've been enjoying all summer does the same trick. If they wanted to make it stronger with "a more energizing, authentic coffee experience," that's cool and all, but there was no need to drop the name, which is still live on the federal register, going stong since 1993.

Worker cursing at me and disrespecting me and my friends also they’re not making my hash browns we never received the hash brown although when we asked they said the oven was closed. Customer service is terrible. And they treat their employees in a super inappropriate way, they do it even in front of the clients, I saw how they yelled at one of the employees that she was a woman, a manager speaking in a very rude and ugly way to one of the women who was doing a cafe, the worst part is that they are people from “their own community or nationality”… The manager was very rude when talk to me. I really don't understand how these kinds of places still work. It doesn't matter if DUNKIN DONUTS changes the name to just DUNKIN, it doesn't matter how many times they try to change their name or do something different, this bad way of being as people and the service is terrible, women have our rights no matter what. Very sad!!!
