I write this to you, my dear reader, from a small table in Terminal 1 at the Eat&Go next to gate 5 ripping into this lukwarm reheated Beef Gozleme that I paid $15.60 for.I’m heading to Vietnam from here. I’m nervous. I’m anxious. I’m excited. Excited for the unknown, excited for the culture shock. Nothing puts me in present time more than some good culture shock.Not knowing the streets, the language, or just the way of life opens me up to a world I never knew existed.I know I won’t be the same person I was when I come back 2 weeks from now, as that’s the effect travel has. One of the male employees was very unfriendly and I felt like he wanted to betray me as he interrupted the female employee when she told me the price and it seemed like he wanted to tell me something wrong on purpose. The female employee was nice though. Pizza was ok.

Unfortunately, there is generally nothing good to eat at the gates at Terminal 1 and this store adapts to that. Overpriced and not even tasty.We can only rate the wraps and we didn't eat them. The falafel wrap consisted ONLY of completely dry falafels. The Gozlem Beef was 99% dough, the rest was onions and a mush that may be meat. And then one costs 15 euros, absolutely unfair, even for New York + airport.Not recommended, even if you are very hungry.

I ordered double espresso with ice before my flight and payed $5 for it. As we were in rush, we checked it during our flight. And, the thing they gave me was only ice. Definitely it was happened because they are racist. Why i can’t give 0 star here?

Bad food, we were 4 people and each took something different. Had all either a bad stomach or had to throw up. The staff is not motivated or unfriendly and the worst is that it is so expensive!
