The food has that Dominican taste if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Delivery can take a little longer than expected, but usually not that long of a wait. The“chicharrón de pollo sin hueso”is pretty good tasting, softly fried breaded boneless chicken. can’t go wrong.

Great. Restaurant great food. But the employees talk to much with each other while customer be waiting to get serve. Also the prices on the menu are not follow they make there own price and charge you what ever they want and expect a tip after when the owner is there things run more legit most of the time is very loud in there you can hear the kitchen staff talking so loud you can hear them in the dinning area hope this comment can improve there customer service and prices on food

Great place to go if you want to be ripped off and lied to. Food was okay but not worth the incredibly slow kitchen and the awful customer service. I came at peak dinnertime and it was totally empty. Maybe now I see why. The menu is not accurate at all as to what you'll be receiving or what they'll charge you for.I came in and ordered red snapper with red sauce, rice and beans. They tried to charge me $40 when the menu said it would be $22. I pointed this out and all the lady had to say was "ignore the menu, not accurate" - ummm excuse me? THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE MENU? How about you print an accurate menu? Unbelievable. I sat there for almost half an hour waiting for the food to be ready and then you try to charge me double?Ridiculous customer service.

I am trying to figure out the value of what i brought. I was charged $16.00 not including the tax, which included a pan full of DRY, HARD and BURNT rice , BEANS / PEAS that were dry and splited and 3 BONES and gristle pieces which was suppose to be OXTAILS.How on earth do you give someone 3 gristle BONES, mostly gristle and barely any meat on it for $16.00.My fault for giving a business a shot. I'll stick to La Caridad, which is where i usually go and should have went with my first instincts and went there and walked right out of this place.A disappointment and a shame to be a business in Spanish Harlem and to do such a thing in service and food.I don't recommend this place. I lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years and never had an experience like this before.

I ordered thru GrubHub and everything was great. I ordered Churassco and rice/beansplus they sent a salad as well...churassco cooked perfectly; packed nicely with broccoli and stringbeans...Rice and Beans fresh...rice super fluffy...I will definitely order again...todo muy rico...
