Today was definitely not the day… I had visited the establishment on previous occasions where I undoubtedly enjoyed the show accompanied by excellent food and good beer. Excellent attention and unparalleled service. But today was a day where not only did they take my order wrong so I had to wait longer than normal to be able to eat, I and my family were left unattended, with no one approaching to offer us more. When my hamburger arrived I tried to eat it but I felt a strange taste that I didn't pay attention to, I thought maybe it was because I was eating the fries, I couldn't eat the hamburger as it caused me great discomfort. I'm not saying I won't come back because I really like the place and maybe today it was just a cooling problem!

Restaurant in the heart of New York near Times Square. We stopped there randomly and were very surprised by the concept. Basic dinner meal but prices are relatively high. Not recommended for a quiet meal. Each waiter takes turns becoming a singer and puts on a show while walking around the restaurant. Very entertaining and funny, we had a great time.

If you visit NY without a doubt you have to visit this place. Restaurant where, apart from enjoying good food, you will have a great live music show. It is an informal place with typical American food. There is a line to get in but it goes quickly. Highly recommended.
It's destroyed by their service and racism. My friends and I went at 7am. As he has a flight to catch, he came with a small luggage. The place was pretty empty, probably just 3 or 4 other small groups. We explained to the waiter that it's going to be quick as my friend has a flight to catch, and we just wanted to experience Stardust. He understood and agreed to let us in.We placed orders and my coffee came. No one else said a single thing about the luggage. Another waiter suddenly stormed over and accused us of walking in and sitting down without permission, wanting to chase us out. His aggressiveness was overboard and uncalled for. He told his manager that he refused to serve us.The manager accused us of causing a scene when we were merely trying to explain what happened. She told us that she had no choice, and even threatened to get the security when we presented no threats to her or the staff.Unless you are white or enjoys being treated with utmost disrespect, don't go here.

We went for breakfast and got lucky as there was no line outside. The food was fine. Coffee not great at all but the singing was amazing which is really what you’re going for. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

During my stay in New York, I heard about this restaurant, I wanted to try it.The decor needs to be redone, the waiters are friendly (some speak French), they sing well, the food is good, there is a great atmosphere. It’s a place that I recommend with my eyes closed!!!
