I have lived in the area for 3 year, I have tried their food on different occasions. However, I always found their food below average. Rice and beans taste burnt. The meat is unseasoned and their best food chicharrones are average at best. What really sealed the deal, their food gave me food poisoning. I don’t want to trash the place, because the people who work there are sweet. However, the food is a main reason that I would never eat there again.

The food is excellent but the service is very bad. There is a lady who is a little older, and you ask her something and she is very obnoxious and does not answer. It has happened to me several times that she answers my questions. She needs to have better customer service. The other girls are very different from Ella.

What I don't like are some employees who are so annoying and rude when it comes to serving, they talk to you as if you are ordering and it is not my perception. In truth, they are very unfriendly. They overcharged me. I asked for a small order that was supposed to be $10.00. The lady said is $13.00 dollars because of the weight. I said no problem. When I went to pay I was charged $16.50. I realized when I was already gone.

You guys just ruined my whole day and a long one at that. I might have to resort to turning vegan because of how awful that was. Guys avoid this place at costs. We ordered a few lbs for our Christmas party and another time just for a lunch at work. The chicharron was amazing. It wasn’t greasy, it was meaty not just all fat. It was really crunchy even after driving all the way back to work and eating it an hour later. Some places you bite into the crackling and it sticks to your teeth. Not here just a really good crunch and crumbles apart. Will definitely be going back and grabbing some to take home.
