Seriously it was an ok Chichararron, not the best I had. I wish it was better seasoned. The meat was tender. I was lucky to come when there were only 2 people in line and the meat was already there. However I've ordered Mofongo and they make me wait almost 1 hour for that. Took bunch of pictures on top of my food before finally giving it to me. Chicharrons were dry and didn't have much flavor nor did they have any type of sauce to go with it just limes. Was looking for a mojo (garlic sauce), they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it.
