The food here is awesome and so glad they don't have a kids menu (so stupid). The negative comments come from mostly racist people that feel uncomfortable with awesome arabs.

A neighborhood institution and part of the community. Decent food at good prices. I'm usually here for breakfast. Its my go to spot for a breakfast sandwich or home fries. They're also my chopped cheese spot as well. They're willing to indulge in your oddest requests. The place is constantly busy so you may have to wait a while sometimes. You also have to make sure that people don't order over you. Other than that, they have your standard bodega goods. You can find what you're looking for here.

Don’t really follow COVID protocol and sell expired or past “Best By” dates items. The staff that actually cooks does make sure to wear masks and gloves properly.

TIP: ORDER OVER THE PHONE AHEAD OF TIME.I love these guys, they are like family. If you give respect and kindness you get it back don’t walk in thinking you own the place. They have treated me, my mother and sister like their own for years now. The two new cooks are a different story but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. They have slipped up a few times on orders but make sure you order clear and concise so there is no confusion. (SOME) Prices are a little higher than other places just ask before you buy and stop complaining. I love my city these guys make it feel like home.
