OMG the breads are so amazingly good here, and I've had all of them. I think it's the best bread I've ever had in my life. And the Swedish breakfast buns with cardamon and the one with brown sugar and walnuts are just incredible.

if you're looking for quality bakery you'll be not disappointed. I've had several items(cinnamon bums, etc..) and they all tasted delicious. You cant go wrong here. Highly recommend it.

Oh man. Fabrique had the absolute best cardamom bun I have ever had in my life. There were actual little chunks of cardamom in it and there was just enough sugar on the top. It wasn't dry... perfectly moist... have been thinking about this cardamom bun for a week. So good.
I don't have a sweet tooth and the cardamom bun was too sweet for me. I tried the crisp bread (with dried cranberries in it). It was thin, crispy and tasty. I like the sourdough bun, it had the acidic flavor but was super soft. It tasted almost like a ciabatta? (in a good way?). The rye bun was tooooo salty! I might come back for a sourdough loaf and try their sandwich.
