I assume we were given a short menu or something, a lot of the other food people are suggesting wasn’t available - for example the burger was literally cheese/no cheese and 1,2 or 3 patties. Burgers were expensive for what was on offer, disappointed overall.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and shakes--almost drained my wallet. Despite the clean and pleasant ambiance, the service couldn't compensate for the exorbitant prices. The vegan burger was not to our taste and had to be thrown away. May have had a better experience if we had dined in.

Truly one of the best burgers around. Very flavorful and nice texture. Can’t say I understand why so complicated to get to underground bathrooms- though the bathrooms are super modern and inclusive!Lastly. While cost is reasonable especially for midtown I did not appreciate the assumption of 20% gratuity pre-charged.

Great tasting hamburger and service was great too. Lived the NY cheesecake too; creamy and tasty. Thank you, to all the staff.

This place was a real disappointment in a city full of amazing food. We were underwhelmed with the menu options, but hoped that a folksy looking burger joint could at least make a damn good burger, but we were wrong. The meat had no flavor and we were not able to select the temperature for the burger. The fries were cold and not seasoned. The quinoa and avocado salad with salmon needed more acid and came with slices of smoked salmon instead of a freshly cooked salmon filet. This may be nitpicking, but my Moscow mule did not come in the requisite copper cup, so the flavor was off. Service was slow, but they managed to add 20% gratuity to our bill on a table to two without any notification of this being their policy ahead of time. The thing to share was we found a spider crawling on my daughter's arm. Gross! I do not recommend this place !

The service was mediocre but to be fair, we had a group of 53 people. The food was okay, but there was an OBNOXIOUS amount of fries (look at the photos). For some reason, they constantly served more fries until our table could no longer hold all of it. It was such a waste of food. However strange that fries situation was, overall it was a neat restaurant.

I'm a burger snob. The burger was very good, not the best, but the prices were very reasonable for the quality and location. I'd eat here again and bring friends without a second thought. The service was excellent--very friendly, prompt w/o being pushy, and very accommodating. The ambiance is upscale kitsch and nice, if a bit odd for a burger joint. Overall, it is nice find being so close to Midtown/Hells Kitchen with good food and (at least when we went) no crowds.

Did not expect to have such an amazing burger right at my hotel. Definitely 100 on the Salmon Burger.

The food was not good at all! The staff was very nice! We had the burger, chicken wings, Ceasars salad and deserts brownie and cheese cake. They had icream in a condiment size cup for the brownie. All food was horrible!

Restaurnt was nice and clean; however, the bufett was a huge disappointment for the price of $23. All that was offered was ornage juice, apple juice, cranberry juice and coffee for beverages. Food consisted of begals, toast and croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, link sausage, some fruit, ham slices and cheese. I have seen better buffets at the Hilton and other chain hotels. I get it that we are in Time Square, but I still feel like a much better buffet could be served for $23. Also their website mentions Brunch on Saturday and Sunday; however, no brunch is offered on Saturday.

We elected to visit Farm to Burger based on previous reviews. Clearly, the restaurant is slipping. We should have known when we arrived at 7:00 PM on a Friday night and there was only one other table in the restaurant, and the cook was sitting at a table near the host stand, reading his phone. Server didn't know the weight of the hamburger patties (so we could decide on single vs. doublt). No toppings other than lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon (we wanted jalapenos and she looked at me like I had three heads). Ordered cabernet sauvignon (since it's on the menu) and server came back to tell us they didn't have it. Ordered merlot and server came back to tell us they didn't have it. Settled on a bordeaux that was mysteriously available. Only sides available were french fries and sweet potato fries. This place has so much potential. Tonight, it was a complete let-down. No need to go back...
