Absolutely charming deli with that wonderful NYC buzz. They serve a great, fresh, plentiful egg salad sandwich with tomato & lettuce on fresh multigrain bread and the hot chocolate is delicious, too! Warm and friendly service, and quick service! There is lots of seating and even WiFi (you need to ask). Highly recommend.
The Better Butter smoothie has gotten me through so many mid-work-day-slumps and I cannot thank you enough. It's a lil' chocolaty, very filling, and chalk full of energy to push you through those last couple hours of the day.

Good spot to sit outside and have a drink or quick breakfast. Tables out in the pedestrian walk next to the Flatiron building. A great spot to relax for a bit as there is minimal car traffic and tons of walking space.
