The best fresco chicken sandwich is very flavorful and delicious. the only thing is that the employees ask you to order fast. There are plenty of choices, so it will take you more than a minute to decide .

I am someone that is easy to please when it comes to deli food because we all know all we want is food that is fast, fresh, good service and a decent price. Even if the food isn't good if those 4 things are in place I would give any place a multiple tries until I got something I like. MoodWhen I walked in it I was the only customer but all the workers seem to be doing small task/ busy work in silence. I remember when I worked retail and we would have "special" bosses that would be so nasty and make everyone feel uncomfortable that we would pretend we were extremely busy to keep him off our backs. The mood was always sad, the tone silent. Their manger was indeed there watching everyone. Service I wasn't greeted with any smiles and I don't think anyone really looked up. No offers to sample the soups. Just a face that said I have to get back to my task. My soup was dumped into a bowl. I was told to take it a few feet to the front. Not sure why the person didn't walk 3 steps to the cashier. I got to the cashier she is under the table doing something and she tells me to take it to another person. But the manager was watching her and basically gave her the ok to stop her busy work to ring it up. She mumbled something which was do I want bread. I said yes she packed it and before I completed my payment she was back under the register. FoodI got the lobster bisque. I know I know what was I thinking?? I was thinking it would be on the level of Panera, Au Bon Pain and etc. Even Subway had decent soups. Nothing fancy but just fresh. The minute it touched my lips I could taste it. OLD CAN. There were no ribbons of cream or any lobster flavor just metal. It was like eating an old can of vegetable from the back of grandma's cabinet. FastI did get my food fast. Summary For about $8. I got bread that was soft and a WARM not hot gross soup that I tossed. In my photo you will see the amount I put in the trash. Good service, pleasant employees who generally like being at work and treat customers well starts at the top. If people at the top aren't kind to their workers or providing a quality product it will definitely be reflected within the customer experience.
