I recently started working in the area and thought this would be a great place to buy lunch. There were three men working inside the store (1 with the flowers, 1 at the deli counter, and 1 working the cash register). I ordered a spinach wrap and waited almost 10 minutes. There was only one other customer in the deli at the time. As I approached the counter to get a closer look at what was happening I see that the same young man who I paid initially at the cash register was now handling my wrap without any gloves on. He did not wash his hands to make matters worse. When I acknowledged this egregious act, the designated deli worker immediately donned gloves and began remaking it by just getting a new wrap and placing the contents from the previous contaminated wrap into it. At that point I decided it wasn't worth my time or money anymore. I just walked out. Needless to say I paid $12.26 for a 20 oz sprite. If the owner reads this, I urge you to please review the video to see for yourself what is going on here. Absolutely unacceptable. Incident occurred on 5/16/22 between 2:20pm-2:45pm.

Best bacon egg and cheese I've found,I've always been satisfied w sandwiches from here.Some items are unnecessarily pricey like all delis, but the selection here is great.They even have instant jjajangmen!

Flavors NYC, Inc. stands out when I'm walking by with the colorful awning. I pass this way a lot so today I stopped in for a look. It must be new since I couldn't find it in Yelp. The man behind the deli counter was really nice. I asked him about a bagel that looks so delicious. Turned out it has raisins. They use Grub Hub for delivery. I didn't see a phone number for this place. I bothered them enough so I didn't ask. I really love the fresh flowers. The prices are typical for the neighborhood. It's right across from another popular deli. I believe they have a fresh new approach to the deli grocery business. It's another so called "Gourmet" grocery! If you live nearby I suggest you visit. Breakfast prices look good to me. Next time.......
