Wuences is one of the most inviting staff I’ve ever met. Same with Gisette. They all are. I come in here everyday. I love the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. We know eachother by name and all.they know my orders by heart. And are always very helpful

I was charged $1 for tap water. Tap water I watched the employee get from the sink faucet! This is outlandish and criminal. Management needs to strongly rethink this policy or retrain employees on the correct procedures.

Veggies SOAKED in oil. I sent an email and was told that it must be lemon juice, I’m so insulted that I’m being told something that’s 100% a lie. I have such a stomach ache from the sopping wet oil soaked broccoli that when I bit it it squirted and I was immediately turned off. Not going back. Real bummer as the quality has TANKED over the years

I ordered a grain bowl for delivery. It came COVERED in kale!! I hate kale !! I ordered a GRAIN bowl . Kale is NOT a grain!! I ordered a rice base. There was HARDLY ANY RICE AND ALL KALE. Kale is horrible for your body!! On seamless it does not say anything about Kale secretly being in the build your own bowl! It also does not have an option to write no Kale! Why are you guys so obsessed with pushing Kale on people?! Give us the option for NO KALE.

The absolute worse attitudes some of these employees feel like there doing you the favor. When serving and your asking questions they roll there eye you could see how there bothered by inquiring on how it was cooked in case of allergies. No visible allergy signs of what type of ingredients are certain foods. Getting back the attitudes they don't greet customers, just no report building not a nice place.

It seems like they can’t follow instructions. I ordered online and asked for avocado chimichurri to be mixed in with the salad. But they got gave me the worst dressing in the f ing world, ranch…? Just read the order.
