Frituras is the new kid on the block when it comes to 207. They replaced the Tex-Mex place (super bummed they didn't make it thru). I popped in here on a Friday night around 8ish. I was the only one inside. It seems most of their business is done via DoorDash and online ordering. I ordered the Half Chicken w/ tostones, BBQ Ribs w/ mofongo & BBQ Wings w/ fries. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way thru. Once my mom realized that she was immediately turned off and tossed the rest. I had the BBQ Ribs which were very good. The portion size was generous (came with 5). The mofongo that accompanied it was lacking flavor and full of salt. My son enjoyed the wings and fries. The portion for the fries were like an afterthought. You could literally count the amount of fries that were given. I paid with a cc via their tablet. When it was time for me to sign I noticed the "add 10% tip" was already checked. I didn't mind being that I actually planned on tipping more but in the tip jar. All though I didn't mind it's definitely shady behavior. Before signing check to see your total amount.
