One of the coolest dining experiences I've had in NYC. Walked in on a whim and had the place to myself for a while. Conversations with the staff were awesome. They take so much pride in their restaurant and also the local food scene in general. For the price you can't beat Fuku.

Unbelievable deal. Quality of the fish was incredible, especially at this price point. The head chef was so kind and he’s very passionate about what he does. You could see how happy he was to hear that we were enjoying each course. He went above and beyond to make our experience special! For context, I’ve eaten at top sushi spots (Noz, Yoshino, Taru, ITO, Zo, Nakazawa and many more). This is a steal of a deal and I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Fuku celebrating a friend's birthday. It's BYOB which is great for an omakase place. We did 13 courses for $75 a person. The chef and entire staff was very friendly and gave the birthday celebrant a special course. Highly recommend this spot. As of January 2024, it was trending as number one on the NYC hidden gems list on Beli.
