Food was way below average. Paneer tikka was too sweet, soup was watered down curry with veggies. Gobi Manchurian was the worst I have ever had. It did not taste like one and extremely oily.Parathas and Naan were decent. Decor and ambience is quite simple and outdated.Would not recommend.

Excellent!!! Must try the coconut samosa, a wonderful twist on the traditional samosa flavors. The onion bhaji were among the best I have ever had.Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, does get busy during dinner, but does not feel crowded.
The food was good (could be a bit strong flavor) very quiet place, they need a bit more personality to decorate but mostly comfortable.

I’ll probably regret saying this because it can lead to lines around the corner and how will I be able to get in if that happens… Tbh I’ll deal with it. This staple West Village restaurant is a weapon for locals who need a reliably delish dinner at the fairest prices and that merit should be shared with the world. We locals order delivery. We order and pickup. And we slide in and grab a table. And it’s just wicked food Indian whether for one or for a crowd. Love this place.

Great food! A real find. Incredibly reasonable prices and excellent flavors. The goat curry was very spicy and very tasty. Worth the heat! I definitely would return. The only improvement would be more light- it can get a too dark to read menus.
The food was great, also gave us complimentary rice pudding with coconut. It was delicious!
