Despite the rainy day today, I had an intense craving for winter melon, so I braved the rain and ran a block to the bubble tea spot. The drink was absolutely awesome, and I had a pleasant chat with the sales associate. They are genuinely nice people. To be honest, I was feeling a bit down, but that drink and the friendly conversation really lifted my spirits. Thank you!

We visited Shake Shack and, after grabbing our delicious food, we decided to swing by Gong Cha as there wasn't much of a line today (usually it has long queues). We all indulged in some boba tea, and it was delicious.
They deleted my review of course because that’s what the bosses do. I used to have a super close relationship with the people there until my boss approached me about my personal mental issues and I won’t forgive him for the way he approached me. Just wanted to let y’all know, the tea brewer machines are full of mold, they barely clean up correctly there’s only about 2 employees there that take their job seriously. Literally the most disrespectful staff and lazy as hell. Literally the reason I got fired was because I had depression and made people aka just one person, feel unsafe. Glad to say I work at a Starbucks that actually hears me out and treats me with lots of respect cause working at gong cha was minimum wage for 12 hr shifts as well as no benefits, no paid leave no nada. They definitely need to do better. Also after they fired me they made sure for me not to have unemployment when they knew damn well I had rent and other bills to pay and did not care. Therefore everytime I get a review deleted I will make sure I write it over and over again because I am tired of these people being overly disrespectful and discriminative
