Got food poisoning from the chicken. Matzoh ball soup was bland.

service was horribly slow. not very crowded and we had to wave down a member of staff every time we needed to make a request. food severely upset both mine and my friends stomachs. overall a really unpleasant experience

It's my favorite fancy diner on the upper East side! Love going there.

Atmosphere 4 because when I was seated, the customer on the table next to mine took one look at me and held and repositioned her bag. I felt uncomfortable because I was being unfairly judged. Her demeanor clearly was uncomfortable to me. I don't like being around those kind of folks they can be at times be problematic.

I've always placed online orders and then is usually on a Sunday morning. The food has always been amazing, very well prepared. They also offer free delivery.

Top notch service and food with fair pricing. Had dinner and enjoyed the $10 margarita special. Ask for Mario to be your server. BEST IN THE BUSINESSDietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and they will modify any dish

Worst food I have had in the city by far. Everything was incredibly greasy and disgusting. The sauces/dressings were not homemade and tasted like hidden valley (or worse). Will never go here again.

Food is always solid, atmosphere is lively with music and televisions. However, beware, they charge a 4% credit card fee. Bring cash if you don't want the ridiculous upcharge.Edit:This is not the norm and should not be. If this is truly a pass through to your consumer, then charge the processing fee that the credit card charges, which varies by card. At the end of the day this fee passed onto the consumer will come out of the percentage of tips left to servers.

Nothing spectacularPretty average American diner foodServer stopped by our table enough times even though it was busyWould've liked having more space between tablesThe music is super loud so everyone there is talking super loud and I can barely hear and talk to my friend in front of meI felt like an appetizer a soup and 2 sandwiches shouldn't cost 80 but thats nyc + diner pricing I guessFood tasted good, again not bad so you won't regret it if you're willing to spend the money cuz ofc you're in NYC
