Great coffee, well prepared. They clearly care about the flavor and roast. This is my go-to morning stop when in town.

Rude and loud staff. Not a welcoming environment. I am not a fan of aggressive yelling at customers. I will not return

My poor rating is simply based on the fact that the woman with curly hair behind the counter is rude and aggressive. She was mean to the staff infront on all the customers. She was also rude to me. I didn't know there was no milk in the sugar area so I asked her for some. She slammed the milk infront of me giving me a dirty look. I can't stand behavior like this and will not go back in there based on this women's disgusting behavior.

This place is nice smells like good coffee and all but the damn music is sooooo loud they always blasting the music as if you’re in a club!! Especially for an 8 am its so loud. To the point i cant hear person next to me. And its not like soft music its like very instrumental and loud singing its just too early for that music and to that level of volume. Cant get any work done here. I do like their dulce the leche latte.

Nice grungy coffee spot with lots of character and unique offerings! Got their banana bread ($4.5) which was stuffed with Nutella. One bite in and my mind was blown - the Nutella complemented the banana-y flavor so well! I didn't try their drinks but they had lots of options in the $5-6 range. They were blasting rock music, and had comfy looking couches. A nice place to meet up with friends or get some light work done near Grand Central!

Looks cozy but it’s not. Super loud music and they can’t turn it down. They leave the front door open so it’s about 50 degrees inside. I came here to read but the music is too loud.

Cool looking spot but incredibly disrespectful guy who works there...I asked a simple question to one of his colleagues who turned to him for an answer and he was so rude. Oh well

Great atmosphere! I came with a friend but I saw a lot of people coming for dates. Also saw a group of young people studying on their laptops. The inside looks spacious enough and there are comfy couches in the back. Would highly recommend!

Their house blend coffee was full bodied and well brewed. It had earthy tones with flavors of pine nut and milk chocolate. The cafe itself is semi-spacious, with tables in the front and a library-style room in the back. Great place to get work done!

I bought a mint tea and it was so hot I could not drink it for over 30 minutes I had to go back and ask for ice to put in the tea there’s no reason to ever make something you drink this

Service and hot chocolate were both splendid. I particularly like the one that's on 37th Street, just west of 7th Avenue in the south side of the street

The drinks are good, the only thing is that is crowded in the mornings and the music was too loud.
