I've given this location 3-4 tries at this point and I always leave disappointed. Whether I get a cappuccino or a cold brew there's just a complete lack of flavor. The cappuccinos always taste super milky. I got a cold brew once and it just tasted bad. I don't know how else to put it. I'd put starbucks cold brew over it...which is saying something.

I enjoy their matcha- in plan americano form or in their lemonade form. Feels like good quality matcha. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't speak on that. My friend enjoys their drip coffee so I assume it's good.

Came in to Ground Central during my trip to New York! I loved gluten free pastry and chai tea. The barrista was helped and friendly. I loved the inside of their coffee shop. It's so different than the coffee shops in my city which was fun. They have a couple of chairs and tables to sit and enjoy your drink or food. They have so many books to choose from. I didn't have time to read any but it's a good to have the option to read a book while you visit their location. It was a such a great experience that we went twice during our trip.

I requested oat milk, repeated myself twice, and I’m almost certain it was whole milk I received instead after feeling ill after drinking.This is now the second time this has happened. I will not be returning.

Stopped here for a oat milk latte, taking a break while waiting for a loved one to have surgery at the near boy. Ambulatory surgery Center for NYU Langone, Medical Center. And great location if you’re waiting at the ambulatory surgical center and need a break. Good service, good coffee.

Edit: went back and got a large iced oat milk latte with an extra shot (3 instead of 2, I was correct that they use the same amount of shots in their smalls and larges, I think!) and it was PERFECT. I know I probably can’t convince anyone to make 3 their standard and it isn’t feasible to regularly get additional shot every time, but it was genuinely one of the best iced lattes I’ve ever had!Got a large iced oat milk latte, and while it was a bit weak, the flavor of the espresso was fantastic - I just wish there had been an additional shot genuinely because of how good it was! I didn’t find the espresso acidic at all, and it had a wonderful, bright flavor.I’m not sure if there’s a shot number difference between small and large iced lattes, but I would definitely go back and try getting a large with an additional shot or just a small. Their pastry case also looked fantastic, but I wasn’t able to try any of it, so I’d love to if I get the chance to return!The shop is a bit small, but they do a great job with the space they have and the vibes are fantastic. I went in around 9:30 and the (EXTREMELY cool) baristas were hard at work, but there wasn’t much space for folks to wait for their to-go drinks without sitting down, so it got a bit congested. Fantastic music and theming though - if you’re a fan of espresso or other less-milky drinks, I’d definitely recommend getting a drink to go (or just getting an extra shot!)

The people that work at this location are rude and unpleasant. Their body language and the way they behave makes you think they hate their job and would rather be somewhere else. After about 6 months of coming here every morning (the coffee is good) I had enough of their unpleasant attitude and won’t be coming back.
