How is this rotten avocado Ok? Absolute garbage!Never again!! I was charged over 20 dollars for this spoiled garbage. Even the olives were bad! Tossed this in the trash! Do yourself a favor and go to sweet greens!

Delivery service was sluggish, and when we called over the phone to ask about how our order was coming along, they proceeded to lie about our provided delivery instructions and then quietly BLOCKED OUR PHONE NUMBER when we attempted to call back. Completely unjustifiable behavior from a delivery manager.

The price is a bit steep compared to the quantity. Got the lobster Mac and cheese and it was wayyy too salty. The chicken sandwich was okay, but they don't toast sandwiches.

I love soup. And this place is never open for business I don't know how they make money. This location is the most prime location in midtown and it is always closed. I walk by here almost every day for the past 2 years. And on weekend it is always closed on sat and Sunday lights out. This place is prob the best to work at because it is never open. I think the hours is 10-5pm. I hope they can at least extend the business hour to 8pm. Who do I need to talk to review business hours for this location.

I'll continue to go back, as I've said, they've got great soups and salads, and their prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The crab chowder has real crab, not the man made kind!

Going hungry yet again on my hour long train ride home....Why? Because I relied on Hale and Hearty to provide me with the soup of my choice. Big mistake! 7 out of 10 times they are out of the soup I like, or there cooking up a new batch which will be ready "God knows when", and then if I ever get lucky enough to get the soup, forget the bread! They run out of bread every single day....I just dont understand why they can't keep a certain, apparently, "high demand" soup in stock. Just make/buy/steal or whatever you do to have enough soup to meet demand, it's simple logic. .. Or maybe im overreacting, maybe its me...maybe people dont eat soup for dinner...is it me?

Do not expect timely delivery, or that your order will even be available. One hour 45 minutes after my order was placed, the restaurant called to say they did not have the soup I ordered.
