The dipping sauce for the appetizers was not great. Order the Dan Dan and they were awful. Looked amazing, but tasted bad, had some kind of weird lemony flavor that almost tasted like soap and coated your mouth oddly. Told the server we didn’t like it because we didn’t eat it, but he still charged us, which is fine I guess.. but was surprising.

Definitely loved the braised noodles with lambIt was a real surprise on how tender tge meat was, it really melted in my mouth. Will order this again tge next time I go.Place is carefully decorated and really beautiful.Service is nice but they took a long time on serving me, so after like a while, they camr to apologize and offer a complimentary wood ear appetizer which was good!

This is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in the city and the decor is absolutely chic. Love the plants by the entrance. Great location. Service good

TLDR my waiter told me next time I come I should bring more money since I only tip 15%. I usually tip 20% plus for dinner. However throughout my entire dinner here, there’s literally no service. No one ever filled our empty water bottle for once. We were thirsty, waving hands and no one answered. Took more than five minutes to get a bill and checkout. Also pretty interesting as the only asian customers in the restaurant, my observation was all other tables got much better service than us. Anyway if we tip 20% for this kind of service, I feel bad for the waiters I met before who work hard and provide really good service. Our waiter seemed to be so triggered by our tip that he started yelling at us and told us bring more money if we ever come back. At one point I felt he’s going to punch us so I left quickly. I just feel it’s an unforgettable experience, spending 70$ per person and get treated like an animal. To be fair, food was great and authentic, really love the lamb noodles. Make sure you are generous enough to not get yelled at though.

The Dan Dan noodle was the best I ever had, and I've had plenty. There was a kick to it. The egg plant salad was very original and tasty. The XLB was not bad but not outstanding. Only 3 in an order and had to pay extra for a 4th one. Very unusual. Service was slack and hard to flag down a server. When I asked if the restrooms were occupied (no indication), the waiter said "I don't know", and walked away. I'd still go back for the noodles.

Very delicious. We came in for lunch on a weekday and was able to get a seat right away. Nice interior. We got the soup dumpling , Chickpea noodle and 20 spices fish. Soups dumpling was good, nice flavor of soup and fresh tasting meat. Chickpea noodle was authentic and spicy. I liked the texture of chickpea in there. A little bit salty for my overall. Fish was delicious. Perfect numbing and spicy flavor with tender fish fillets.

Absolutely incredible experience. The place is beautiful, classy, and with lots of plants in the front. The food was out of this world. We had the braised lamb noodles, green beans, siu mai, and the duck confit entree. Not sure I've ever had anything this delicious. My least favorite of the four was probably the duck confit, just because the flavors of the others were just so overpowering, but the texture of the rice was so good. We will definitely be back!

I always have the most fantastic dining experience at Hao Noodle, and this is undoubtedly my favorite Chinese restaurant in the city. The impeccable service and consistently amazing food quality left me thoroughly impressed. Every dish I tried was a delightful burst of flavors, showcasing their dedication to perfection. The attentive staff made the evening even more enjoyable. Special shout-out to the GM Cherry for making my experience amazing every time. (Overall: 85% | B) - Overall, the service was good and the restaurant itself is very pretty. The food has hits and misses, with unique ideas, some of which are too adventurous.(Ginger Scallion Lobster: 95% | A) - This is a classic way to prepare Chinese Lobster. The flavor and textures are all on point and the lobster had a reasonable amount of tender meat. Very delightful.(Claypot Rice: 67.5% | D) - This dish was kind of disappointing because each individual component made sense, but they did not compose well together. The dish is also presented in a counterintuitive way where the vegetable covers up all the meat.(Siu Mai: 80% | B) - This is definitely not siu mai beyond the shape, but the mushroom sticky rice conception is an interesting idea that tastes good. I think this dish would have much higher potential if it were served closer to how sticky rice is meant to be served.(Fish Stew: 75% | C) - The fish is pleasantly tender and delightful. However, the soup is so acidic and displeasing and desperately needs some sugar to balance the flavors.(Bacon Cauliflower: 92.5% | A) - This is a simple and hearty garden dish that delivers notes of Chinese ingredients in a pleasing manner. It is well conceptualized with the cauliflower balanced between tender and crunchy and developing rich flavor from the bacon. The only thing that needs work is the presentation. This dish inspired me to try it in my own kitchen!(Chickpea Noodle: 87.5% | B) - The dish has so hearty and classic Chinese components that taste good all together. However, it is lacking an element of freshness that could help bring life to the dish.(Steamed Dumpling: 90% | A) - These dumplings were reasonably tender and well wrapped. The chili sauce added good flavor to the dumpling.(Wood Ear Salad: 70% | C) - I found this dish to be overpowered with a single spicy note. The mushroom had good texture but just lacked flavor development beyond the monotonous spice.IG: @amei.eats

The presentation of the food is nice and the atmosphere is great. The food portion here is surprisingly small, with no compromising of price though, $25 for a bowl of hotpot beef noodles for instance.Food tastes good but totally overpriced.

Came here for a birthday, and I have to say the first thing we all noticed was their decor. It was beautifully done! The plants with the contemporary design made it aesthetically pleasing, and created a vibrant atmosphere. The service was great, friendly staff, and accommodating Pickled sour fish: 4/5 Delicious, very flavorful, however it had way too many peppercorns. If you're a peppercorn lover, this dish is for you' however if you're the type of person who only likes it for flavoring, it can get a bit tedious trying to filter out the peppercornsString beans: 5/5 Delicious, portion just a tad small for what you pay! fried tofu: 4/5 The tofu is delicious, a tad crispy on the outside, but the sauce is a bit bizarre. The sauce tasted almost like it was ketchup Mayo mustard ??? So like a Big Mac sauce. Sweet and sour ribs 3/5 A bit way tooo thick and sweet. The sauce felt a little too dense, but not too bad. Not my fav, but glad I tried it. Overall the food is tasty, but don't expect it to be like anything if you went to a more authentic place.
