The pizza here is really good. Also enjoyed their pasta and salad. I love me a good NY brick oven slice. Come here for some good NY pizza and you won't be disappointed!

We did delivery. The cheese pizza and mushroom white pizza were flavorful and the dough was nice and chewy. The arugula and apple salad was delicious.

This had been my default pizza delivery store after Giovani Pizza stopped delivering to Central Harlem unless the orders are over $50.... But after 2 ice cold pizzas were delivered by delivery men who were lost, the second of which insisted I hadn't paid, when I had prepaid on the slice app with tip included....I called the restaurant twice and explained getting accused of not paying and having a literal tug of war over a cold pizza at the door of my apartment building was beyond unacceptable, I was promised a call from the manager twice that I never received... So... 4 and a half stars on the quality of the pizza and a zero on customer service and delivery. My recommendation is that if you want an ice cold pizza, go to the freezer section of your local grocery store.

When moving to the neighborhood, excited to try out Harlem Pizza Co. since it was the closest pizzeria to my house. Saw their gourmet options and like supporting local businesses. Ordered delivery via the Slice app the Alper (pictured) which includes Turkish beef sausage, tomato, smoked Mozzarella, basil, and pecorino. After fees, tip, and "support local contribution," ended up with a slight discount from the menu price. The pizza, traveling only a few blocks from their location, came way beyond their posted delivery times and required my following up asking where it was and how much longer. From their reply, seemed they had other priorities than getting me my pie. Perhaps if you go directly to their place, they provide you with your pizza in a more timely manner without the struggle. That being said: 1) The Alper definitely was a very tasty combination pizza with a proper crust, but 2) Was not hot when it arrived and 3) The size wasn't that big, leaving me hungry. Given the value, effort to get it delivered, and other options that are within range, unlikely to ever get pizza from Harlem Pizza again... even if passing by there (which I do regularly) with the time to wait. Hey Harlem Pizza team - larger pie for the price and don't leave delivery customers chasing after you!

Purchased a megerita pie with lamb toping. About 5hrs later, I wake up in the middle of the night vomiting. I completely threw up the entire pizza, which was followed by heavy diarrhea. I then realized I had food poisoning, which caused me an entire week from work. I filed a complaint with the NYC Health Department. It seems they don't store their condiments at the proper temperature. I will never eat food from there ever again. I went back to the shop and told the attendant and he just smiled at me like it was a big joke!

The wait is forever. The cashier just doesn't care and super slow. I was waiting and the cashier didn't even look at me while doing other non important things and in her own world .....

Never delivered. Two people working looked stupified and blamed the driver with no offer of replacement or discount. Never answered the phone either and couldn't answer why... even when we called it in front of them and heard it ring. Do not order from here

It's the second time in a row (we also ordered pizza here last week and we gave a bad review, but we wanted to give them a second chance) that the pizza came uncooked and, this time, also really tiny (8 inches diameter). We tried to call them (like we did last time) to complain about it but nobody answered (like last time)! We've been a client of this place for years but this is definetely our last order with them. Don't order pizza here if you like a cooked pizza!

We have been clients for many years and have liked the pizza a lot. But tonight we ordered three pizzas and, when they finally arrived, after waiting for 50 minutes, we immediatelly noticed that something was wrong. The pizzas were not cooked enough (the dough inside was raw) so we could not eat them. We tried to call the pizzeria many times to ask for new pizzas but nobody answered and the voicemail was full.Very disappointing! Time to look for a new pizza place.
