After Sunday Mass at Incarnation Church I met up with friends today for lunch at Havana Heights. We shared sirloin steak, salad, chuletas (pork chops) and arroz amarillo ( yellow rice)along with a deliciously made red sangria. All dishes were perfectly seasoned and so delicious.I want to thank Miguel our gracious server, he went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Don’t hesitate, visit Havana Heights.

TRASH!!!!! I placed an order at 9:30 PM. The original ETA was 10:15 PM. The restaurant continued to delay my order until finally cancelling at 11:53 PM, well after most other restaurants were closed. This is such a classless and inconsiderate action. Poor business practices such as these are exactly why certain businesses don’t last, and I hope this is one such business that falls within this category. Trash!

I placed an order on DoorDash around 9:30pm, before they closed. We waited for over an hour after they moved the delivery time 3 times only for them to end up canceling the order at 11:53pm without any kind of notice. We tried to call the restaurant but it was already closed. This is a lack of professionalism to the client. At least let us know that you will not be able to complete an order so that we are not waiting until the last minute.

Thank you for an amazing night! We came across this while looking for a quick place to grab dinner for a small party. The hostess was very welcoming and accommodating, our reservation had to be changed as our party differed from it's original size last minute and it did not pose an issue at all.The food was pretty amazing, at first we had our doubts since the natural juice selection was too natural for us, but when the actual entree's arrived, we were all blown away!Serving size was considerable and the yuca frita was the best I've had by far!Would definitely recommend for a night out with friends or conversation over drinks.

It is a restaurant that claims to have such a thing on the menu, but they send you the opposite thing. When I call to say that it was not what I ordered, their excuse is that there was no longer what I had ordered. Then I claim that because they don't call to let it be known that they don't have what they say they do have, instead of choosing at random what they feel like sending without consulting with you. They don't apologize for what happened and when I try to talk to the manager, they leave me on the phone waiting for several minutes with the intention of me getting tired and hanging up. I would understand that it was once. But it's the same the three times I've had them! Well then they will lose a client and gain a bad review so that they have better service!
