This is probably the worst pizza in NYC. It tastes as bad as frozen pizza. Hard crust and not fresh. Similar to the pizza is the service where you have to try and flag them down for even a glass of water.

Great place! Brought my mom for her birthday. Made a reservation, mentioned it was a birthday event. When we got there, we told hostess we here for birthday lunch. As you expect in the end the restaurant supposed to bring a complimentary cake with a candle, or anything to say thank you for choosing our place, but nothing like that happened. What a disappointment I had.

This is not a real rooftop. It’s a tourist trap.

Very cool, small rooftop bar located at the top of the serenity hotel. I would consider the food type as tapas, as none of the plates are overly large. Reservations are recommended, as the seating area at the roof level is pretty small. There really is not a bad seat in the house, as the enclosed covered seating area is open year-round and you have great views of a mid-level skyline all around.Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options on the menu.

Awful service. Terrible experience. Came here for a long awaited girls day to catch up with friends and what an unfortunate experience. After we first sat a waiter came over and just looked at us and stared and then threw his hands out like ‘uhh well do you want to order’ no hello , can I get you started with a drink..basically like ok get to it I don’t have all day. Few minutes later we are moved to another table cause that one was reserved, ok no problem. We then have a girl with bleeding lips to now take our order. All seems to be fine until I asked for some more napkins and she looked at me with disgust. Things really took a turn when the meal I ordered which was ‘scrambled’ eggs came out as a sunny side egg soaked in yolk so I kindly asked the server if there was an error they sent out the wrong dish cause the menu said scrambled. Again looked at me with disgust, rolled her eyes and said ‘ I don’t know I’ll find out’ with the rudest tone and just walked away. She never found out and never returned to the table. There was 0 reason to be rude as I was just asking and wasn’t even asking for it to be corrected.

Worst food ever, I ordered a pizza and it's like a frozen one you buy it in a cheap shop. I don't recomand.

what an incredible experience!!! haven rooftop provides a city-friendly, innovative approach towards rooftops in new york city!! if you’re not looking for a rooftop too exclusive for drinking.. bars.. or nightclub vibes… this place is amazing as they offer breakfast, brunch, and a late night stop by for a cocktail after a long day. a perfect place to diffuse and enjoy a scenic ambience! kid friendly, doormen, staff, and waiters were super friendly, patient, and so on!!! you will feel immediately welcomed. i definitely recommend this place and is a super underrated new york city gem. also… a bang for your buck with amazing food and drinks options. truly amazing.. (for two people with dessert, meal, and appetizers to share was $70!!!! AMAZING for NYC)Vegetarian options: there are foods for those who do not eat meat such as the penne pasta / spaghetti which is spaghetti in a creamy sauce with chopped up mushrooms!Kid-friendliness: this place is not too adult, as you can bring your kids during breakfast/brunch hours!!! there are also meals kids might enjoy especially if they are neurodivergent or picky eaters (fries, wings, and so on). (NOTE: valid ID is needed after 10pm as the bar opens but you can still order drinks)

Definitely a bit more on the expensive side for a regular night out, but the food and service were consistently great the sliders were awesome and I enjoyed the lobster roll. Also decent fries which is important!Kid-friendliness: Not exactly kid friendly seems like more of an adult hangout but doesn't seem exactly anti kids either, just not exactly having a "kids menu" either.

So this is a beautiful space - and I've no doubt that for drinks etc it's perfect. And maybe even the sandwiches. But damn the WORST "Lobster Cobb" salad I've ever had. 95% romaine, I hunted around and found maybe 1/4 cup of lobster, maybe 3 croutons and a tablespoon of blue cheese. Dressing was good - but for $30 it was pretty terrible. My friend had a sandwich that looked good - but i had a few of the french fries and they were meh. Cocktails looked great - but I was there for lunch during the day and I don't drink. Pretty sure it's a great place to have drinks and enjoy the really gorgeous space. And the staff are truly wonderful. Bottom line: don't expect good food but the rest seems fine.
