Terrible experience every time, from getting orders wrong, to serving old bagels. I try to avoid it every time I give it a chance it lets me down. Awful lighting too.

I usually never leave reviews. I am leaving one today due to the way I was treated. I waited patiently to order and the person making it tried to skip over me even though I was right in front of him. Of course I said, "no, it's me." And gave my order. He asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes and he burnt it severely (I think on purpose). Overall the other reviews about attitude are right and they don't deserve anyone's business. They also don't truly honor the student discount.

Major attitude. No thank you. Over priced and awful selection. Avoid unless you want to be abused.

Best Deli in the city, fresh food all the time. I had a chicken quesadilla and it was so delicious ? . Great customer service too.

Bought a Panini it’s was disgusting, I feel like I was held up and robbed of my money. The tuna was old seems like it’s been there for days the tomatoes also .. will never order again I will recommend eggs that’s about it

Food is good but have had nothing but problems with online orders. On more than one occasion my order never arrived. Number listed online is disconnected, different number on seamless doesn’t work.

all the products are high in price, for example, some chips of 5 dlls, they have them at 8 boxes ?

Just meh - large selection but staff didn't seem to know what was on the menu. Probably ok for a drink or coffee but don't recommend sandwiches.

If you want good, fresh and cheap food; just follow a student or a taxi or limousine driver.

I came in here around 10:30 Dec 18 because it was ths first place I passed walking from Washington Square Park that might sell coffee. I was right. They had coffee available behind the counter. I ordered a large regular coffee. It waa made and given to me. $1.50. I expected to pay more than what I pay in my Brooklyn neighborhood but it was the same price. The coffee was hot and strong.

This place when they first opened was great but now it's been pretty bad. Orders are wrong and a don't care attitude of the preps. Also not preparing the food correctly and not advising when they are out of something. One of the things I was a bit surprised was that they made some comments amongst themselves in Spanish about the customers. They need to realize that some people may not look Hispanic / Latino but they can under and speak the language. The Deli down the block is way better. Price and food wise.

This is the first bad review I have ever written in my life. I would give zero stars if I could. The man working the deli had his AirPods in and took over 10 minutes before addressing me (the first person in line). I asked for a breakfast burrito which I've had before and he said what is that? When I explained what I usually get, he ignores me and turns to the next person in line and asks "what can i get you?" AFTER WAITING QUIETLY FOR 10 MINUTES. I was awestruck at what an a**hole and embarrassing move that was. NEVER GO HERE!!! Not worth it
