Super creative rolls that are filling. Ichiban roll was a big medley of flavors, so that ended up one of my favs. The spicy tuna crunch was also a pleasant texture party. Salmon belly was sooo good, seared and the sauce
I work in the area, so I was so jazzed to have a new place to order from!! I've been back to Ichiban for take out THREE times now! They are a Ghost Kitchen, so no seating available, but Washington Square Park is nearby ... Consistently good quality and all the rolls/ items I've tried so far have been amazing. But, my absolute favorite has got to be the Specialty Scallop roll!!! If you are a Truffle lover, you have to get it! This place is creative and fun and I can't wait to go...read full review

This place is a must!!! You don't need to dine in to enjoy delicious sushi! You can have it on the go & enjoy it where ever you'd like! I loved every single thing I got! The sushi burger & sushi pizza were innovative & delicious! The rolls were phenomenal! My tastebuds were jumping do joy! So glad I found this place! It's a small family owned business & I'm so glad to be able to support them & their creative take on sushi :)
