One of the recommended places for vegetarian food. They have closed few locations after the pandemic.

It’s a good spot for quick Indian meal :) I ordered biryani and curry and it was delicious! You can order through kiosk and get food. They seem like don’t have enough seats compare to their big space but it was okay. Not a big problem. I’d love to visit again!

I am saddened to see this place deteriorating to new levels every time I visit. And I question why I go this place anymore. It was an amazing place to get quick to go Indian food when it opened but man this place needs some management. I got a completely uncooked paratha today. See pic. Last time they screwed up my order and gave me things I didn't even order. And there were 2 customers in the line. So you can't even say that it was too busy or the staff is overworked. What a waste of time and money.

Food didn’t taste fresh at all. It tasted like frozen or pre-made and they just warmed them up.Chicken samosa tastes so nasty.I won’t visit there second time.

I've been craving Indian food and this is my go to place in NYC. It always hits the spot and is consistently cooked perfectly. Ordering from the kiosk is very easy and fast. Staff is super friendly and place Is always clean. Will be back for sure.

In one word - AWFUL. Both food and staff. I ordered biryani and the rice was stale and undercooked. The staff was least bothered about food or the customer feedback.I had food poisoning later in the day because of this biryani, please refrain from eating at Deep Kitchen (23rd St.) there definitely are many more great indian food options in NYC.

Food is generally great but over time it's become very fast foodish and not the gourmet meals it used to be before. The staff also seem a bit clueless at times.

The first time I ate here the curry I got tasted incredibly metallic and artificial. I don't know why this was but it was truly disgusting. I figured I would give them another chance and I got the butter chicken. It wasn't inedible but it was really usuall. It was made with shredded chicken for some reason and just didn't taste the way it should. The Naan is also stale. There are lots of independent indian restaurants in Hell's Kitchen and NYC at large so I wouldn't recommend this corporate location with bad food.

Perhaps the oddest tasting Indian food I’ve had. I ordered paneer kati rolls and it tasted mostly sour, probably from the overwhelming amount of pickled onions. Really bad, couldn’t finish it.
