I ordered from Uber eats. Insomnia deals with a third part delivery service. When the order took long enough Uber directed my call to the store where an employee so rudely answered my call. He mock me (yes, they way a child would) kept referring me to as sweat heart or love. The guy was so disrespectful, arrogant and yelling. Seems to be angry for some reason. Spoke to a friend of mines about the situation and she tells me that she went through the same situation. Its always best to walk away from these situation but its a shame cause the cookies are good.

I visited this shop on Tuesday 20th feb 2024 at 11am. The guy behind the till was rude and was not helpful. He also sneezed into his gloves and thought putting hand gel on the glove was enough. He has a nasty attitude and was saying things under his breathe. He should be dismissed, bad representative of the company. It was my first experience going to Insomnia shop and I will not return.

I love that this place is opened so late, I have not been to one of these places in a while, I feel as though the cookies got smaller. They are still good I love the fact that they are so warm when you pick the up!!!
I wanted to try all the flavors so I bought a 12 pack box and ordered 1 of each. My top favorites were red velvet, snickerdoodle, sugar, chocolate mint and the peanut butter. They were warm and soft, which is the best. The service was nice, he had patience with me since it was my first time trying Insomnia cookies.

the cookies were delicious, and that's the only reason this place gets a two star instead of a one star review. the man working the cash register was down right rude and condescending for no reason. he was not only rude to me, but extremely rude to another customer and even used the r-slur. definitely not coming back to this location.

I don’t know what makes that ONE cashier so condescending toward the customer. Treated my wife terribly the whole time and kept saying she ordered 3 cookie while she repeated explained she only asked for 2. Maybe that’s why working as a cashier could be the best thing that ever happened for that little boy.

I got delivery from this location tonight. The delivery time was LIGHTING quick! I almost couldn't believe it! Definitely 5 stars for the delivery service. The presentation of my cookie and ice cream was in the cutest box and the ice cream was the perfect temp when it arrived. I had the Reese's peanut butter cup filled deluxe cookie and a scoop of peanut butter insomniac tracks ice cream. Both were good, but I felt overpriced for the size. The deluxe cookies are more expensive and I felt that this one was very small. It was similar to a Chip City cookie with the way the filling was, and they definitely do it better. I thought the ice cream was ok, but it had almost a minty flavor? Maybe it was next to their mint chip in the freezer. I really liked the addition of oreos though. It was sort of like a PB cookies and cream!Overall, I always enjoy insomnia, but I would order a different type of cookie next time.

I navigated my way here. It's right around the corner from the NYPD so expect to see some police activity here. :) There was no line. However it took a bit to get served. Lots of options. I just wanted a traditional chocolate chip and oh boy $over $3 for 1 cookie but they pulled it out of a drawer oven under the counter and it was ooey gooey good. Almost too sweet. Glad I only had 1! :)
