I love Insomnia Cookies! I was in the area and I decided to grab a 12 pack to take home. I ordered a variety of cookies- snickerdoodle, M&Ms, peanut butter, chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia and oatmeal raisin. The cookies were fresh and delicious. The store was quiet and it wasn't crowded. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. He provided excellent service. I enjoyed my experience at the store and I enjoyed my cookies. I'll visit again soon.

Great food and great service - couldn’t ask for more!Came by at 1am. Manager was helping some 17 year olds charge their phone to get home. Was super friendly and kept the line moving quick. Cookie was delicious :)

The staff make sure the cookies are fresh, that the dietary specific cookies stay separate from the others cookies and that specific utensils are used for specific cookies.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Vegan/other dietary sellections are clearly stated and available.

Ordered cookies and a few were missing upon delivery. Do not recommend this spot and wish I had seen the bad reviews before that. Go to Crumble or something. Do better if you want to collect $$.

I wasn’t impressed. It tasted like your average supermarket cookie. In addition, they don’t carry a lot of its offerings on the menu. My daughter asked three different flavors before they got what she asked for. That’s only because she gave up and just asked for a simple chocolate chip.

My partner and I entered the store with the intention of using a promo code for a free cookie. We noticed it said it can only be used for an online order, and attempted to order the cookie online (while standing in the store). Unfortunately, the online platform was malfunctioning. We asked the employee (unsure if it was employee or manager) for their assistance, and they immediately offered to honor the promo code. Not only did he give us a free cookie (which he absolutely did not have to do, as he trusted us that our story was real), but he snuck another free cookie in the bag. I can't emphasize enough that we did not know this man, and there was no obvious reason to be overly kind. This kind-heartedness made our day and was one of the main things we brought up when telling others about our NYC trip. I don't know who this man was, but the world needs more people like him. It was such a simple thing, but its the simple things that mean so much.
