The cookies are really good. Also, you are able to schedule deliveries ahead of time for special occasions. It’s a nice alternative to spending a whole bunch of money on gift baskets etc. With this you know the product tastes really good and it will get delivered no problem.

Love how this sport is open really late hours! My go-to spot when I'm craving a snickerdoodle cookie late at night. The cookies are good - warm and soft. They have so many flavors to choose from. They even have vegan options too! If you are vegan, definitely try the birthday cake vegan cookie.

The cookies were very good. HOWEVER there was a rude employee who was a male, and had a ginger buzz cut with a nose ring. He was very disrespectful to my friend when he asked for a cold brownie he said. "No why would you want a brownie cold?" In a stern voice. He then gave him a Brooke instead of a brownie. Fire him.

On the evening of October 15th my GF had some family visiting New York for the first time. One of places on their list was Insomnia Cookies. The young man working there was a bit overwhelmed due to a promo that was running and hoped we weren't next to clean them out of cookies. I told him I had family in town and they wanted a few cookies. As my GF relatives were in awe at the selection they picked traditional chocolate chip cookies, while I picked out a couple different ones. As they insisted to pay he offered them a free cookie, which made their night. I didn't get the young person's name, but it's those small gestures that can make an experience exemplary.

Came for a free cookie for the pj party. Really cool event. Got a warm doubly mint chocolate cookie with extra chocolate chips for the taking. Really kind service. The food Insomnia is always a 3 for me. Really basic cookie. But this place was so happy and good vibes, I gotta give a four. The cookie was warm and surprisingly good. Plus an extra free cookie? Thanks so much for a great night!
Fresh cookie!I got the confetti deluxe cookie and it tasted fresh out the oven. Because of that, the cookie was very soft in the middle, more than I prefer or like. The edges were crispy, which made a great texture. The cookie is on the sweeter side. The ice cream was also on the sweeter side because it contains cookies in it. Tasted like a good, reliable scoop of ice cream. Service was very fast. They have the cookies ready. Small store with limited seating, so best to get it to go!

I've only had them about 3 times. The first two times, the cookies were fresh baked and still warm. This last time, they were completely cooled and not soft at all. Slightly disappointed Unlike Levain, which I find delicious, cold, or warm.

I have experienced multiple instances where my order placed through Uber Eats can not be completed due to the service here. Orders not being fulfilled due to lack of inventory, while no communication about it. Or when we got in communication with them they mentioned no inventory and replacing it with items not worth the price paid. Uber eats on its own refuses to resolve matters with the delivery and refund because they don’t receive communication from the location. I’m not sure what’s going on here.
