A great place. Cozy, friendly, elegant and tasty food. The chicken liver board is really good. Grilled broccolini, Japanese eggplant and coconut miso salmon, and fried artichoke. Not one dish was bad.

Went with friends after a broadway show. The food and drinks weren't bad by any means but we weren't impressed. Maybe it was an off day but everything tasted just okay while usually we expect food to taste delicious in NYC. The service was great and it's a cute restaurant. I'd like to give it another chance but with so many other restaurants to try we probably won't.

Absolutely amazing meal! Every dish and drink we had was delicious. Russ our bartender and waiter took the best care of us. The ravioli and Yuzu blossom mock-tail were the highlights. Steak was cooked to perfection. A fabulous evening. Would definitely return!

A delicious meal before our Broadway play. Wanted something in Hells Kitchen since we were going to see Hells Kitchen- Alicia Keys new play. Loved everything. Nice drinks, burrata dish and lasagna. Perfect setting. Great waitress too!

Sesamo is so delicious - this is a great little spot for a fusion of Italian & Asian food in Hell's Kitchen!! The atmosphere inside is SO cozy & warm and the staff are so accommodating. In fact, we had a bit of a rambunctious group (the cocktails were flowing, as were their incredible dishes) and we had friends coming in & out at our table for a few hours, until we shut the place down. The team at Sesamo was so wonderful, as they were continuously making sure we had everything we needed during our visit!! We didn't feel rushed at all, which was honestly so kind of them - for this reason, definitely consider this spot for events/celebrations if you plan to host a group.In terms of food, definitely try the Burrata & Prosciutto + the Citrus Ricotta Ravioli. The Bangkok Blossom was the cocktail I tried and it was delicious. I highly recommend this spot!!

It’s an interesting menu with a creative touch. Tried the pan fried salmon with black rice and miso. It was good, but not great. The bread basket with flavored butter was lovely. I’d want to try more dishes here.
