Jacob’s is very convenient for me when I want to grab a quick bite to eat. There are usually times where I don’t really care for the food and other times the food is very good, however I’ve never had a yuck moment until today.I had a taste for fried chicken and purchased two pieces, needless to say it looked so good and crispy but when I got home and was about to eat a piece it was spoiled(ROTTING) I can remember a faint smell when picking out my two pieces of chicken but didn’t give it much thought but now I know why. I am utterly disgusted and now I have a headache. You can’t make these kind of mistakes when it comes to food and serving it to people, it’s a major health hazard people can get seriously ill or even die from things like this. I should’ve followed my instincts and go to Popeyes .

Jerk chicken was second to none. My wife loved the ox tail. Banana pudding was a beautiful finish to our visit.
On January 7, me and my daughter purchased food from this location. We have done this many times before. The food was awful.The fried chicken was hard and old. The oxtails were chewy and lacked seasoning. The candied yams were mushy and stringy. Nothing was appealing. We spent $76 (32,44) on food that was thrown away. When we called to the restaurant to tell them about the food the managers said "we were the only ones with a problem!After I reminded him we were longtime customers who had even catered from this location, he said "oh I will speak to the cook!For sure we will not be back!!!
