I went with my family and asked for a tray and only 2 meat arrived on the tray when there were several on the menu, and when I asked them they said they didn't have the others, they brought one plate to the front and another half an hour later, the service was terrible It was my first time and the waiter even forgot to clear the plates.

That. It's a shame that such a beautiful place has lost service, it's not because I'm in the industry, but Mr. Antonio E must go incognito and see that he spends a Sunday in his business. I can only say that he took my wife in his birthday to dinner and it was the worst thing that happened to me, the waiter was very busy I think or without any customer service I don't treat him as if we were going to bother him during his free time from work he explained to me he never offered us water which is free and the best in the world Manhattan and usual saves me. Buying a bottle of gas, I took the order, I didn't take the menu, an appetizer arrived at the table and we didn't even have water, but that's not the worst thing, what they didn't take was a mistake by the waiter because we never ordered that, 20 minutes waiting for a beer and a margarita The waiter arrives and I tell him what happened. He gets angry because I complained that he hasn't even given water. I ask him to see the manager. He tells me there isn't any and he gets lost for 20 minutes. It's more incredible. No good.
