Amazing place I’ve been eating there for 11 years!! Their staff is ever so kind to everyone. Food is affordable and delicious. The restaurant is in a good location near tons of apartments so it’s good to order food and good to go down there and dine!! 110% recommend food is fresh and cultural.kid friendly towards being treated and also with the food portionsKid-friendliness: I’ve went there when I was really little not once have I ever gotten food I haven’t loved I used to go in there confident in what I wanted to get and the portions were just small enough for me to eat with barley and left overs
The worst service in Washington Heights.the most rough and impertinent women. At first they are friendly but then act in the opposite way.The food looks delicious but when you buy something; half an hour later stinks and with an acid taste. They close at 10: 00 PM and at 9:30 pm are all the trays full of food and that serves you at 3rd day and not the next one because they make you believe that it is fresh. The atmosphere outside this always full of people who from afar you can see that they do nothing legal there.smoking mariiguana and drinking.I do not recommend the place or food. If they closed it, many would do good to avoid getting sick from the stomach or a problem with those outside.Nothing to eat healthy or vegetarian. No menu for children and not talk about access to wheelchairs or parking.

Food is great and at a good price for the portion, customer service is horrible and will attend anyone that yells the loudest first even if you've been there for 20 minutes. If you pay with cash and don't tip, don't expect customer staff to be as friendly the second time around as they make it very obvious that tipping is a must even if you've ordered to go.
Very good food, excellent service, very cozy
