The female receptionist (we came on 4/25/2024 5-5:30 pm and she was the only one stood there) was very arrogant and neglectful to us. We made the phone call the day before and we’ve been told that there are walk in tables and if we came on 5pm sharp, we don’t have to wait and we will have table. We came to the restaurant today at 4:50pm and they said there’s no table and asked us to wait for 20-30 mins. I checked in with them 15 mins later and she told me to keep waiting that if the guests for 5:15pm don’t show then we can sit at a table. When it’s time I came in again because I stood outside and no one showed so I assumed that we can have a table. Then the female receptionist refused and said “you can try waiting until 7pm maybe you will have a chance.” The manager was there by her and didn’t say anything but ignored us. I don’t know that Michelin restaurant can be so neglectful to guests that they lied about walk in table and they let guests waited outside on purpose. So disappointed and so gross.

We had a horrible experience with Jeju. We made the reservation but they canceled it by accident and they refused to make an accommodation for the mistake they made. We waited for 30 minutes for nothing.

We reserved a table here via Resy. It was pretty booked up far in advance, but I heard this place was good somewhere online. We loved ramen and Asian noodles so we were looking forward to this.We were bummed that our table was right next to the front door and the draft from people coming in and out of the front door was pretty chilly. We didn’t come super hungry and didn’t try any appetizers.I ordered the family Ranyum which our waiter said was his favorite. My boyfriend got the wagyu Ramyun.I loved the rich pork flavor of the family ramyun, lots of mushrooms, and the soy egg that I added was really tasty and unique.I tried the wagyu ramyun, it has a very strong beef flavor which my boyfriend liked a lot.We have not tried many ramyun dishes (mostly ramen and other Asian soups) but both the dishes we tried were some of the best noodles we’ve ever had.

Really good ramen that’s overpriced. Shouldn’t have been on a waitlist for reservation. Probably wouldn’t recommend or return.

Came to Jeju Noodle bar after snagging a reservation on resy after having notify on. The menu was a hit. The interior has high ceilings and beautiful lighting. We sat at a table near the windows and loved our experience.Let's get into it:1) Toro Ssam Bap paired with seaweed to make your own rolls. Flavor profile and textures were amazing. Caviar and Toro complement each other so well. I watched the video of how this dish was created on Bon Appetit. Effective and creative.2) Gochuchang Bokum - didn't realize there was so much rice in this one. We would have got an alternate to this since we already had the Toro.3) Wagyu Ramyun - the wagyu was so tender and tasty. I would go back for it whenever I could.4) Kyung Yangon Donkatsu. Pork was cooked to perfection. THAT TOMATO MUSTARD REDUCTION. *chefs kiss*We paired the meal with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which went extremely well with the dish. The service was phenomenal and our servers checked up on us during our meal periodically. Pricey place but great value.

I decided to try walk-in today and politely acknowledged I was trying my luck - whilst the male attendee advised the restaurant was fully booked and I could leave my name on a waiting list, the female attendee commented "well that was rude" after I declined the waiting list (with a smile!) since I didn't want to put myself on an unguaranteed waiting list and was only checking my luck. There are plenty of quality Korean restaurants in NYC and if I wanted to reserve, I'd be going to my favorites Atomix or Cote, so won't be trying Jeju again. With this kind of poor attitude to hospitality, let's see how long Jeju keeps their Michelin star...

Overrated. Reservations were super hard to get, but that's OK. Food was good but not amazing. We ordered the Wagyu ramen which was tasty but not mind-blowing, and the fried chicken which was again good but not great. What was pretty unexpected was that they allowed dogs inside. The dog was very cute, but barked a couple of times and kept moving into the aisle in the way of the servers (totally not his fault, but why was he allowed inside?). We won't be back.

Overall, it’s a solid ramen. Worth the hype? I wouldn’t say so but definitely worth a try. Recommend.

Great Ramen! We started with the fried chicken that was delicious but realistically did not need caviar. We got the wagyu ramen which was outstanding and the perfectly seasoned, if you want, you can absolutely eat just the ramen and be fully satisfied.Overall great experience and will return again!

Their noodles are among the most delicious I've ever had. They offer a variety of Korean noodle dishes, some leaning towards traditional Korean styles, while others incorporate Western elements, such as Italian pasta made from Korean noodles. Regardless of the style, the flavors are delightful. What's even more commendable is their ability to blend Asian and Western culinary styles, elevating the taste of the dishes. In addition to the noodles, the toro ssam bap we ordered was also delicious. A variety of fish roe and fish meat combined with rice and seaweed created a delightful combination. Beyond the food, their service is proactive and friendly. The dishes arrive promptly, providing an overall perfect dining experience.

food was middling at best, my two pieces of pork belly were prepared differently, (one was seared and the other forgotten) displaying a clear lack of attention to detail.

Ordered the fried chicken, toro Ssam bap, wagyu ramyun. The signature fried chicken is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It is served with caviar and secret sauce. It is not delicious and greasy. After two bites, I want to put it in the trash can. The seafood rice bowl with sea urchin is delicious in the first bite, but the salty and greasy taste starts to hit you in the second bite. Wagyu beef noodle soup; except for the good taste of beef, there is really no highlight, and the soup base is still salty. I rarely drink water during meals, so I drank half a bottle of water.Regarding service; there is almost no service and the pace is slow. The one with the best service is the Runner. This restaurant was planted after watching a food show two or three years ago. I tried it today, but it was mediocre. The location is really hard to get a reservation, but the food is really not delicious. One Michelin star is a joke. There are all kinds of hype in Little Red Book. Laughing to death.
