The tunacado is my absolute favorite sandwich here, I'm not too crazy about the smoothies I feel as though it's watery and not very tasty and overpriced.

I've been hyper fixated on the paninis from here for the last two years. But one thing to note is that sometimes the sandwiches are half filled :/ so it can be a hit or miss at times. Unpopular opinion, the joes club is superior to the tunacado but each to their own.

I came in during opening at 7am these teenagers gave me the worst tunacado a burnt tunacado with the smelliest tuna . If you won't eat it don't serve it

We went here so my daughter could get a sandwich and a smoothie.She was delighted to take it to go as we were going to eat near Central Park.I always love the way the store is decorated - so comfortable, so friendly and she felt very much at home! It's a bit expensive but I already knew that going in. It is healthy and that's what we wanted! They do have some specials if you go to Joe and The Juice a lot -but we don't go all that often!

Ordered one drink. It was over $10 which is what it is. But I went to pay and then I clicked no tip. Employee comes over and starts with a passive aggressive, am I ok? And proceeds to ask me that 2 or 3x which I didn't appreciate. I knew exactly what she was getting at. Sometimes I tip, sometimes I don't but it's my choice and this culture of expecting a tip to make me a coffee is getting out of hand. Had I ordered a sandwich also, I might have tipped. But I'm glad I didn't because these workers are pretentious and rude. It seems to be a theme at this location. Using some dirty tricks like pressing on the no tip option and getting your transaction cancelled so someone can get in my face about not tipping is NOT how a business should operate. Not coming back here ever again.

Service extremely slow for pick up orders . They don't care if you pick up your order . Approximately waiting time min 45 mins . This store and other locations sucks

Waited 50 minutes for a Power Shake today. Order at 11:41am and I arrived at the store 11:50am. I spoke to the counter person at the online pick-up area. They told me my order wasn't ready. Okay no problem. At 12:15pm after watching customers come and go I decided to ask the person at the payment counter is my shake was coming soon. They had no clue about my order and said the online order would be at the pick-up station. I asked the person at the pick-up station if my shake was almost ready. They told me no its not ready...with attitude! At 12:23pm the person in the payment area asked me if I was still waiting for my shake. I said yes. They then told the worker on using the blending machine to make the shake. When the shake was made I asked if the shake cup was a 16oz which is what I ordered. They said "I'm giving you the 16oz". I said, "no one is giving me anything I actually paid for". I took my shake. Then the person at the pick-up station mentions my name and shake. I said yes. They said you got your shake. They then took my ticket off the list. I'm walking out of an establishment at 12:27pm when I placed my order at 11:41am. 50 minutes for a shake? Really?!! And I get attitude to? Really?!! Okay cool. I won't ever patronize Joe & The Juice again even though its logical that this is just one location with bad service. In addition to me never patronizing again, I will make sure to influence the company I work for right across the street to never order from Joe & The Juice again. While it won't break Joe & The Juice's bank, it won't add to their wealth! Peace and blessings.

Ordered:Tunacado (~$12): Joe's Classic Bread, Avocado, Tomato, Tuna, Vegan PestoAya's take:Finally trying the infamous Tunacado from Joe & the Juice! Unless you're not on social media at all, you know how the Tunacado has everyone obsessed. I had to see what the hype was about. Now I'm going to be honest, I was surprised with how good it was and how much I liked it. The bread is thin, crisp, and toasty and the portion of tuna complements the amount of bread. The vegan pesto really ties everything together better than I would expect. I have to say it's definitely not filling enough to be a meal but it's fairly low in calories and high in protein; I can see this being a good midday snack. For the price, it's a bit high for a fairly small sandwich. I was also a bit bummed they didn't have their pink sandwich boxes and instead gave me my sandwich in this brown bag. All in all, good try! I definitely want to try the spicy one next.
