The food and drink here is great,but what’s even better is the staff. They’re soooo sweet and helpful!! I visited for my first time recently and while ordering I dropped one of my earphones. I was going to leave it after asking the staff to please look out for me, but then I could hear it in the garbage bin. I hesitantly asked someone if they could help. Devon sprung into action, got some gloves and quite literally dug through the trash until the very bottom to help me find it. Based on this experience alone they have a guaranteed customer whenever I’m in the area ! Thanks so much to all the staff for being so amazing,but especially Devon !?

The sandwich was fantastic, taste was perfect and bread was so crispy. I like the fact that it's so close to my job, I work in Grand Central. The brownie was also delicious but the juice was a bit too sweet for me. I will definitely be ordering again.

I came here for a meeting which I missed because of traffic but decided to stay anyway to see if it was a good spot. They won me over with the ample seating and large space. Then they had a good chocolate muffin. Love a place that can make a moist chocolate muffin with abundant chocolate flavor. As soon as I sat down I found an outlet to use to get work done for a bit. I received my matcha latte pretty quickly as well. I didn’t try their juice or meals, but for the experience I was looking for and had it was a good spot ☺️. If you want to know what a large iced matcha latte with almond milk + a chocolate muffin cost it was around $11, $14 with tip.

Do not recommend to come on your lunch break. Waiting for one sandwich for 20 mins!!! Management has to put more workers during the lunch time , one poor girl is making 15 sandwiches.

Friendly staff (that are attentive to customers and willingly give you the bathroom code lol). Very clean. Decent coffee. Haven't tried the food yet but I'm sure it's good. This place has a chill atmosphere with plenty of varied kinds of seats and tables. Perfect for studying, working, or meeting up for coffee. Highly recommend.

At least every time I'm here they appear to be understaffed, and it can take ten minutes for a simple cup of coffee, which by then is lukewarm. Also some of the listed item prices need to be updated because they often will charge more than what's posted. Plenty of other better choices nearby.

I can't rate the food but the delivery service through their site is horrible. It is currently an hour past the time my food should have been here. I don't have number to call, I can't track it, I can only send messages through the app which aren't replied to immediately. I'm really really disappointed.

Ordered a shake which was okayish. A bit overpriced (~$14+tips). The problem is when I sat down a homeless guy came in, sat next to me and started asking for money. Did that to a couple of other people sitting there. The staff was least bothered as if this was common.

I enjoy their salads and sandwiches, but this is the second time in the past few months that I've found a large piece of broccoli stem in the tuna salad. I suppose it's added to bulk up the tuna salad.

First they gave my order to someone else. Then they made me the wrong order. They sent me away with a tuna sandwich versus avocado which is what I ordered. I don't eat tuna. Trying to get in touch with the manager to request a refund but nobody answers the phone.
